Do not go to this cricket mobile location unless you love getting scammed. I was charged for a $50 apple charger that I did not buy after buying my phone there. When I first asked for my receipt, the manager claimed he was unable to provide one. Later after looking into it I had to go back and another employee emailed me my receipt. I saw the charge for the charger and told her about it. She said there was nothing she could do and to come back when the manager (the scammer) was working. I waited unless his next shift to work this out only for him to tell me the system was not working and that he could not give me a refund.

I recommend first calling the cricket company directly for better information, here they wanted to give me a phone line at double the real cost 😡 👎🏻

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!I went to for a simple transaction and I was way over charged. Extremely shady, doubtful honest and unethical by workers at this location. Had to go to another Cricket store and there I was told that everything was done at that first store location was wrong and unethical.I called the store again trying to resolve those issues with them but of course they completely ignored me.I finally called corporate and customer service to fix the mess that was done at the store and it was revealed again to me the amount of deceitful acts were done.Bad experience .Do NOT even try going there.

I was looking for a specific phone for someone not tech savvy at all! Raymond helped me out! He was awesome! He was extremely helpful! He could not have been nicer! It's very refreshing speaking to a gentleman for a change. I will definitely recommend him and the store. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I won't be going back to Metro PCS for my new phone or my services. I will definitely give my business to Raymond. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone that will listen.
