Thank you to Naim, great service with a smile made us feel welcome at first time rental at CubeSmart. Naim explained everything in detail answered all my questions made the rental for me a non stressed experience. Came back to bring our stuff and welcomed us with a smile. Highly recommend cubesmart.

The CubeSmart location in Bayonne is plagued by the elevators being broken- sometimes both are down at the same time. I’ve had to walk up and down 7 flights multiple times to access my unit. When the elevators are down, the staff prop the main door open as well as all the doors to every floor. This is a safety hazard as anyone can walk in from the street. The parking lot is also a sheet of ice.

I have a Storage unit with Cubesmart in Bayonne, N.J. . I am very happy there. The manager Na'Cole is an amazing person. She explains everything in detail and has the patience of a saint. If more facilities had someone like Na'Cole working for them they would have no problems getting customers. The facility is always impeccably clean. The employees are very courteous and always willing to help with any problems. Managers like Na'Cole are hard to find. Treat her good Cubesmart Bayonne she's the best!!!!!!

For months this storage place had only one elevator down. I tried to get into my unit Saturday morning only to find out both elevators down now. I go into the office the lady who stated she was the manager had a gentleman help me instead. I explained to him about both elevators not working and I couldn’t access my unit. And instead of trying to help the situation his response was for me to move. Well I will take his advice and I hope NO ONE rents from this place. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Save yourself the headache. It’s nice but not worth the money and extra fees that get stacked on when paying. Youre a cent short for autopay? 30$ insufficient fee. Have to wait cause you dont have that? Another 30$ lol and then more

The elevators are not working still Monday 12/01/25. I went on Saturday 11/27/25 to get my Christmas stuff and both elevators were broken. Told to use the stairs, how you want me to carry my stuff from the 3rd floor. This is a constant problem whether it's one elevator or both not working.
