I visited the pharmacy on March 6, 2025 to pickup my prescription. I was in front of the counter at 1:28 pm, the store pharmacist Mena Maximus rudely told me to come back at 2:00pm. Lunch time is between 1:30 pm-2:00 pm. This is not the way you treat customers.

My refill was not filled? Twice in a week! This is for my cholesterol medication, which I had one more 90 pills to go. But it did not happen within time? Only delays and confusion. Not good service.

Ongoing problems with this pharmacy for years. Slow service, rude at times. Staff always changing. Pharmacist yesterday worked the drop off counter. Claimed she could not read the script, which was renewal of maintenance meds that I have been on for years. Needed to call doctor. That ended badly and was told by her to pick up my script, not filling it.
Never has anyone not been able to read the doctors writing!! She said she would leave it for the next Pharmacist to read. I called this morning to check the status. No one called me back.
I will be filing a complaint with my insurance company. Thus place should be closed down for incompetence. Best to go to the local private owned pharmacy. I'm editing my post to reflect the response from the pharmacist there today. He called me and said he just saw the script, had no trouble reading it. Was suprised there was an issue with it, but will fill it right away. I thanked him very much.

Carpet smells moldy and old upon the initial walk in. Stale food items still on shelves. We can do so much better very disappointing

I will always give a good opinion of this Pharmacy because they have very trained employees and prepared for any type of questions and recommendations. I give them a 100 out of 10 because they always go to the point of what is necessary. God bless them and may they continue giving their best to satisfy customers. 💝💝💝💝

The worst pharmacy in Bayonne , they are extremely rude and nasty.
The pharmacist is extremely rude , he doesn’t speak and this is the third time I’ve watched him let people get in line for a pick up , wait until it’s closing time and then say they can’t pick up MEDICINE! The person specifically said it was an inhaler and he said word for word “ go home “

Worst pharmacy ever!! I have had the same issue every month since I started going to this location six months ago. My prescriptions are always partially filled so going to have to find a better pharmacy

I hate this place. The line to pick up is always halfway down the aisle and the staff are overworked. Often l'll get a text message stating my prescription is ready, only to spend a long time in line waiting to pick it up to be told, no, it's not ready and to come back later. I don't have time for this and look forward to my health insurance recommending a different pharmacy.

So I called CVS pharmacy and a lady told me that they have the newest Covid vaccine. To come in one hour. I waited in the parking lot of cvs for 1 hour I go in and they tell me they do not have the vaccine. This is very unprofessional I need the vaccine done for school tomorrow and now I can’t do anything about it. I could’ve went somewhere else. I use to work at cvs pharmacy I never ever treated my customers like this ever very disgusting. Need to train your workers better!!!! Never come here.
