East Coast Transmissions is a busy shop with a long family history in the auto industry, operating from the same location for decades. The mechanics are described as good, honest, and passionate guys who will not rush but take the time to do the job right. They provide honest assessments, are upfront about issues, and offer very reasonable prices. The shop handles all mechanical issues, including transmissions, with a wealth of knowledge and know-how. Customers report being very satisfied, noting that when you get your vehicle back, the problem is solved and the job is done well. The facility is equipped to tackle multiple jobs, big and small. Many reviewers state it is the most honest shop they have been to and recommend not going anywhere else.
I have taken three of my vehicles here for routine services and repairs. Richie, Michael, Kane and Zack are always top notch- knowledgeable, fair, and friendly. Zack is a hottie and I thoroughly enjoy our interactions each time. Seems like a stand up family man.
