“Maaan! LAPTOP MD IS THE PLACE TO BEEEEEE!!!!!! Kevin is a CHAMP!So my MacBook was giving me major problems. Randomly saving stuff in the background in spite of me rarely saving. One day when preparing to make the new upgrade, my MacBook shut down. It would no longer open.I went to Apple they recommended I go do data recovery at some extremely expensive location with terrible customer service.I hopped online and found LAPTOP MD! YAAAALL, this place is magical! KEVIN kindly listened to all of my concerns and told me immediately a reasonable estimate. I did data recovery and got a new battery for around $500. The other place told me it would be around $1200.LAPTOP MD IS A WINNER! ?KEVIN IS A WINNER! ?”

(same day) Everyone i dealt with there was very friendly regardless of how busy they were. “I came to New Jersey on a short visit and my son broke his ipad screen and then, i thought to fix it before going back. I got to the store and i was well- received. He told me the ipad would not be ready until a week after, which was the day i was to travel back. I pleaded that he tried all could to help fix it earlier, he said he would try.Along the line, i checked back after 3days and it was not ready, he saw my boys and gifted them a wireless speaker each, then 2 days later, he called me to come pick up the ipad that he had fixed it. “I went here to get my phone screen fixed after completely shattering it. The worker was very sweet, personable, and knowledgeable. He fixed it for me for a very reasonable price. Later on, I realized the colors were muted and the keyboard wasn’t working smoothly. I called and he told me to come back. He explained the multitude of reasons why I could be having this issue. He replaced the screen right away at no charge and it solved the color and keyboard problems. I would definitely recommend this place!”
