I scheduled a appointment to have my vehicle to get a wheel alignment done . Waited 2 hours besides them running 1 hour late to tell they can't perform the service.They don't have the correct tool. They should have told me they couldn't do the job . Instead i waisted 2 hours . Horrible

There are many reasons I would recommend and have recommended Firestone to friends and family. But the MAIN reason is TRUST! I trust Firestone to take good care of my car, and trust when they recommend any maintenance that is needed. Some Auto repair shops try to "upsell" unnecessary repairs, but I find that Firestone deals honestly and with integrity.

The overall experience was great! Changed oil and repaired a headlight here, which took a total of 1 hour and 15 mins. The employees were very professional and welcoming. Also, I got $15 off by using a coupon.

nobody said yea you had this or that or even looked at the car shoot idk if they did the maintenance to be honest ‘ two nice kids but they seem overwhelmed they forget to say anything i had to ask and then i got wrong info and had to one back another day ‘ but is there customer service anymore i think it died out’ people don’t take pride much anymore and lack verbal communication i found myself asking did you have to put weights ? which tire? you know how much it was off these are new tires n rims put on! they made up something not to balance them but i called n went back they said they would after the fact’ i’m not saying everyone’s like that but do your homework and know what to ask before hand or they’ll tell you need belts n other stuff i never needed ! i took it to another mechanic that hour n he told me theirs no wear theirs no problem all these major shops do this to people

This place is awful. I came in for a scheduled Sunday afternoon oil change and had a coupon to get my brakes checked. I decided to take advantage of it since my rear brakes have been squeaky for over a week. So, just before getting my keys back I was told that the mechanics on shift don't know how to check rear "drum" breaks on a Honda Civic ?♀️. So was made an appt for 11am the next day. As annoying as that already was I was promised that I'd hop in for 20 min and they'll have someone check it out real quick just to let me know if I need new ones. The next morning, I come in and it's an entirely different staff and "this" desk guy had no notage of my appointment or my name or any info on my situation whatsoever and tells me I'll have to wait 3-4hrs to have someone look at the rear break! I explained to him the entire situation and how I was told to come back and it won't be longer than 15 min and he could care less about about anything I had to say and with a condescending tone pretty much told me that it is what it is. After reluctantly handing over my keys and sitting down for about 25 min I just couldn't hold the anger down any more and asked for my keys back and left. I specifically left an event that I was attending that morning an hour early just to honor my 11am "appointment" that all of a sudden noone knew anything about. I'm so livid and will never ever come back to this place again. The desk guy had such a smug and uncaring demeanor that it was almost insulting. Also just before I asked for my keys a girl came in whom was waiting on her car for apparently almost 4hrs and when she said that she has work at 1pm and is hoping it'll be done soon, the same smug guy says to her "I don't know what to tell you, it'll prob be another 3-4hrs." She angrily took her keys back and also said she won't be coming back ever." That Monday morning desk guy didn't even express a concern or care about anything.

Went there to get my tired patched and they lied and told me I need to replace my tire and I said how? I never drove on it when it was flat I pulled over right away they were close to closing time and I feel like that’s why they lied to me this is ridiculous how u did that just so I can spend more money instead of helping someone in need of your service I will never recommend this shop they are liars and dishonest. Thank god I came to Nissan and was told the truth that my tire is perfectly fine and could just be patched smh
