Be careful when checking out because they use really scummy sales tactics here. I just went in to buy some stuff for the BOGO deal and the cashier said I need to sign up to get the deal. So I give him my number, and then he quietly put in a registration for the pro membership which has an annual fee without telling me he was doing that. I only realized what he was doing because I happened to read the sign on the counter while he was walking away to get a shirt. And it turned out I don't even need the pro membership to get the BOGO so he lied. I would not sign up for the pro membership because I do not come to GNC frequently. And if he had gotten away with it, I may have been charged forever without knowing.
If you are a manager for this place, please change the way you train or pay the employees. When they act this way to get signups it makes people not want to come in. I always hate going to GNC because it feels like I'm walking into a used car lot in 1985 the way they try to sell. I assume that this isn't actually encouraged by management, but the way the incentives are set up for them is likely counterproductive to your bottom line.

The guys here are cool but I didn’t get my Memorial Day discount ☹️ now I would have to return it and buy it again just to get it.

Locked their doors 20 minutes early and tried not to acknowledge us standing outside in the rain. When I finally got their attention (there were 3 employees in the store) they signaled that they were closed. When I showed the time being 20 minutes to closing they just shook their head. Management needs to look into this.

Hello the GNC is a wonderful place to go to any GNC is an Amazing where ever the store located the customer service are excellent by advising people depends on their condition with their supplement I buy every time their Triple strength fish oil it’s so important for heart, brain, joints and eyes as well extremely important to take fish oil also for hair growth the customer service was very friendly and supportive to me by recommending to me Triple Strength fish oil GNC is recommended from me to every one else to take care of the overall health I love GNC so much totally recommended to every one have a wonderful day

Great customer service and GNC provides excellent money saving deals if you sign up for the VIP membership. I'm a full time personal trainer and I'm extremely active, this store has everything I need from supplements to vitamins to whey protein.

I arrived at 720pm and saw this sign. I figured they were on a break. After waiting 20 minutes I decided to call. A fellow picked up and said it will be another 10 minutes. Clearly GNC isn’t staffing these locations properly if they have to close the store for a break.

Went here yesterday and received amazing above and beyond 5 star service from Michael. Absolutely professional and was so helpful with insight and knowledge on the products and helping me in the directions of what to get being I have a medical condition and are on high dosage medicastions he helped me with great opinions. He was also very helpful in me receiving the most discounts as possible and also told me about the delivery program they offer which is great !!!! Thanks again Michael!! I even called first thing this morning and he answered me helping my small question about whether or not the scooper in the bottle is the suggested dose. great service !!!!
