I work here as a contractor. As long as you follow the rules, get your HAZCOM training and TWIC card, and you'll be good to go. Get permits for things you need them for, stay off your cell phone, and FOLLOW THE RULES. You may save a half hour not getting a permit, but you risk being kicked off site permanently. There's a Lowes right up the street on 440 for supplies and parts.

Called to inquire and the guy who answered was very rude and hung up on me while I was in the midst of stating the reason for my call.

Very poor loading terminal. Some operators have bad attitudes and don't want to work. They make easy job look hard, complain to drivers all the time. Supervisors need to straight up these "tyrants Operators" that miss represent the company. Soon or later, somebody will gets hurt in this facility and that will be the blow of IMTT.

Unnecessarily difficult to get loaded... Specially, when it only takes technicians 20-30mins to fill the tank. Expect to be here 2hrs minimum.

As my first time here and with me being the last truck, they did a great job in getting me loaded. A lot of them are pretty gruff but I’d be the same way talking to us drivers everyday.
