Today, my granddaughter (5 yrs old) and I went to get our hair done (cut, dry and styled). As soon as we walked in the door we were immediately greeted. The professionalism of Ms. Jenny and Staff was great. The way my granddaughter was treated was amazing. I highly recommend. By the way, we love our hair.

Your hours are until 7pm here. Why do you get over the top angry if a person arrives at 6:35pm for only a blow out as have a hectic day ? It makes no sense as many clients of your were prior to then , especially a frequent customer should be appreciated a lot more. I am a constant , not changeable where one day lose my cool as you do with a customer. That warrants highly an apology from you. Your hours show 7pm right here.

I didn't like it at all, Jenny doesn't listen well, or she doesn't care if the client leaves with the expectations that were discussed before she started... and then she doesn't mind being a little humble in accepting that after one pays 175 Dollars that I paid from my card, you can't call her to ask her how she could. Since according to her she didn't charge me much... for something that didn't go as I wanted... and then she didn't come back either... since another attempt and I came out with my hair burned from the chemicals... I didn't like her lack of empathy... when I call you. He hung up on me...?$175.00?

if there was a 0 stars option i personally would give it, based on the way i’m feeling right now. i have long hair and told the stylist to clean up and trim my face frame (which was below my chin). she then proceeds to cut me curtain bangs above my cheekbones. the worst part is that they’re way to thick and not blended at all. they were cut straight across as if they were regular bangs. literally a 2 inch wide chunk of hair in the front of my face. made me feel ugly and i cried for hours. thanks a lot. if there’s someone u can take away from this it’s to do a better job listening to customers. thanks alot

I hadn’t had my haircut in a year and was a pretty easy customer. Cut off a couple of inches in a shoulder length lob, blunt cut. I have fine hair so can’t really do much else. Really relaxed environment. $20. No shampoo or blow dry. I think it would have been $25 with shampoo and $40 with blow dry. I liked the cut a lot and glad I found a place that I don’t have to pay 60-100 dollars for a 5 min haircut.

Went there and got my hair blow dried and curled and love the results it even lasted for 5 days after i got it done. The lady was nice and fast. Would recommend .That's picture of my hair right after i got it done and after it with couple days.

When is Jenny coming back? Two bad haircuts in a row. Not what I asked for. Not what I wanted. They did what they wanted to do with a total disregard with what I asked for. No happy at all. Embarrassed!
