I only am giving one star because they were on time and quick. Other than that they left holes and marks all over my brand new walls in a newly renovated home. When I brought the holes to John's attention he said " I don't know what to tell you. Patch it." If you value your walls this is not the moving company for you.

I called for an estimate, wanted me to read my list of items over the phone and halfway through he told me that was to much stuff , to call someone else . Very unprofessional. Unbelievable!!

The most arrogant business owner I have ever met in my life. I was originally quoted $400 for my move, and then magically after he reviewed the list of belongings (even though we reviewed it 3 separate times) the quote jumped to $600 a few days prior to the move. Not only did he destroy my walls, he spent more time yelling at his workers than actually caring about the quality of work being done. I addressed the issues with him at the end and his response was “Do me a favor and don’t call me again.” The only reason I even paid the price that was quoted was because his workers deserved it for putting up with him. What a complete joke.

The movers where on time and ready to work. There where 4 movers and a small truck that honestly I didn't think was going to big enough for the amount of furniture that I have and boy was I right in the very beginning of the move the owner Mr. John Haines informed me that it would be 2 trips and became very Hostile and threatened to walk off the job saying that I have way more things that what I told him over the phone.. He did not do a walk in estimate he stated that he doesn't do that. That he only takes a list of articles of what I have over the phone and than he will quote me a price.. The price he quoted was 2 times cheaper than thee other estimates I had received from other local moving company's.. The 3 workers looked clueless as this all occurred and left the house.. After all that they proceed to move my furniture in a professional and extremely quick matter... I hardly seen any of the employees stop and take breaks other than a drink of water or a cigarette which is fine by me.. Nothing was damaged all furniture was disassembled and reassembled in a timely fashion.. They also set my bedrooms up the exact way I wanted it leaving me with very little to do besides unpack.. All and all I would use this moving company again and would advise other people that need there furniture moved to do so as well If u want your move to go smooth without anything getting damaged or broken this is the moving company to call

I used them last week I was so very happy they were careful fast and efficient. There were no extra charges ... I have had bad experiences in the past I highly recommend this moving company ðŸ‘ðŸ»ðŸ‘ðŸ»ðŸ‘ðŸ»
