Bad service. There's an overworked looking old troll with a raspy voice barking out at people in the glass. She is rude when answering questions. Not even long questions. Just sarcastic and rude. Credit to HR for hiring trolls like these.

I recently visited the LabCorp location for blood work that was crucially supposed to be processed as a stat order per my doctor’s explicit request. However, my experience was highly disappointing and raises significant concerns.The site coordinator, Efrain, informed me that they don’t handle stat orders for the specific test, despite my insistence and past records proving otherwise. The technician who administered the blood work claimed the stat orders were entered, but conflicting information arose when I contacted the customer service line, which stated that there is no blood work in the system.Furthermore, the new staff at the location seemed disorganized, moving slowly and lacking a clear understanding of their responsibilities. This situation is especially troubling given the substantial financial investment I make with my doctor.I urge prompt attention to this matter to rectify the mismanagement and ensure the timely processing of my blood workUpdate: My bloodwork has been lost there is nothing pending in the system stating that I will receive results. This place is a joke.

I've had issues when going to this location on numerous occasions. The staff are not only completely rude to you, but they choose to close early when they want. (Their excuse was that they were swamped so they turned off the check-in kiosks) I probably would have had no issue with it, if it weren't for the way I was spoken to. Avoid going to this location if you can. The Labcorp in the RWJ building (519 Broadway) is much cleaner with kind staff as well.

I had an appointment for my 2 year old and did mobile check in. The waiting room was completely packed and there was no one at the service window to answer questions. I did have to wait an additional 30 minutes after I received a text that we were next. But the woman who checked us in and took my daughter’s blood work was amazing. Very nice and patient and made a blood draw for a toddler as smooth as it could possibly be.

I'm giving a one start cause I can't give a ZERO!!!!! This place Is terrible the only reason most go there is cause it opens up early and has parking and the waiting room is big! No one ever answers the phone when you are trying to find out if your Blood Work Prescription came in, which happened to me. Then you get there and when you asked them to look for the Script, it's like you asked them to build a house for you? The office front line is terrible!!!!!!!!

The wait time is ridiculous! An hour and a half to get called back so they can take your information and another half an hour to get called for blood work. They didn’t even have anyone in the back getting blood drawn and they still didn’t call anyone.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with LapCorp. The service was incredibly poor, and the waiting time was beyond frustrating. Despite having an appointment, I ended up waiting for an unreasonably long period. The staff seemed indifferent to the inconvenience, and the lack of communication only added to the frustration. I would strongly advise against choosing LapCorp if you value efficient and respectful service. Very very very bad, it’s my 3rd time today coming from 7 clock and it’s 8:20 right now and I’m still not in.

If I could give no stars, I would. They limit hours for services and then have you wait and wait and wait as if they’re paying you for your time. If you want real service, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. News flash! There are shortages everywhere but still not an excuse for poor service.

Wether you have appointment or not be prepared to stay minimum of 1.5 hrs. They need more staff though they have smart system to check in.Very dissatisfied about the wait time in all the visits

Waited over 2 and half hours for fasted blood work. Check in process is unorganized. Staff very rude! If scheduling an appointment is the preferred method make it appointment only instead of keeping people waiting for HOURS!

I only go to Labcorp in Bayonne. I have been going for years. Yes, it's understaffed, but it's clean, the woman who works there is stressed, but respectful. You be nice, and she's nice right back. I've never had a problem with her, nor with the customers there. She is very kind and has never hurt me. I prefer to make an appointment because she honors all appointments.

This place urgently needs some Customer Service training. There are no issues with self service Check-ins. The big issue is the staff insist on calling out the next patient names without coming to the service window. The lady technician doesn't want to answer any questions, she told us from far away with a bad attitude to just wait to be called to answer any questions. She does not care about patients and there is no one on the service window to be able to help you.
