Was sent here from Lefonte to get my employee bloodwork done here. The doctor (older female with salt and pepper hair, with glasses) snatched my paperwork and threw one script back at me and said (we don't do this). Looked at my other script and said we can do this do you still want to do it. In said no it's ok she then said "good you can go somewhere else" as I got up to leave. Very unprofessional.

This second time I went there and they didn’t send the result to my doctor they putting in the portal this Labcorp never send results to the doctor the other Labcorp they send it

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I did not have to wait , and the nurse showed respect and was very professional during my blood work routine. I would be happy to come again.

The worst place I have seen in America. There is no experience in work or taste in dealing. There is an Egyptian woman working there who has no competence or professionalism and the management does not care. She made my three children an experience. She gave them injections and did not take any samples under the pretext that there was no vein. Is this reasonable with three children and for the management to care about the matter? Rather, they were with the Egyptian woman who works heart and soul. I will never go to this place again.

Would rate -1 if possible. Bad experience ever with labcorp. Clinical staff here doesn’t have any empathy for the patients. It’s their job to answer any questions, and make the patient feel comfortable, before they go poking at the patient with the needle. Never going back here ever again.

DON’T TAKE UR CHILD HERE. We visit this labcorp 3 times for blood tests for our infant. They fail to give results EACH TIME. 1st time they said they lost the blood when shipping to the diagnosis center. The 2nd time they said the blood wasn’t enough to get result. The 3rd time they say there’s an error. So we had to go to another place to redrawn the blood again. And it’s too much for my baby girl. I can’t believe they didn’t even get 1 right after we had trusted them for so many times.

Went to this location today and was told Saturdays are for walk in only. I was told it’s been that way for a year. I knew that was a lie because my son went to this location on a Saturday and did not have an appointment and was seen. They need to be ashamed of themselves.

Two staff working. There has to be a better way to operationalize this place. You can't take patients and have them wait for hours for a blood work esp. for those fasting. Worst than in 3rd world countries. I'm a medical technologist in the Philippines and we are better staffed and managed. Perhaps, Labcorp can identify how they can make this a better condition for both patients and staff.

Horrible experience! My son has had blood drawn several times in his life, as he was born with a health problem, I have never received such poor treatment. The nurse's name is Olga, terrible, she hit my son's arm hard, almost broke it, punctured him 2 times and I stopped him so as not to pierce him 3 times, and in the end he didn't achieve anything. A person like that shouldn't work in the healthcare sector

Not enough staff always busy. Don't understand every time i go to this lab they never retain my insurance information on file. This causes delays checking in and speed of payments to lab corp. can this get fixed?
