I first started training with Helen when I was getting ready for my wedding. Helen was able to develop a plan that was specific to my needs and helped me achieve BEYOND my goals. So, it was a no brainer that I would decide to train with her again after having a baby. I would recommend training with Helen if you are ready and committed to making lifestyle changes.

Level-up is the perfect local gym that is equipped for every type of lifter. There is a plethora of great powerlifting and strongman equipment in the back section including a new Texas Strength Systems combo rack. The front area has a turf and number of collapsible racks. The gym also has a full set of dumbells and a few machines. As a powerlifter, this is the perfect gym for me. The monthly price is extremely reasonable and is the cheapest gym that I have been a member of in the NY/NJ area.

I have been going to Level Up for a few years now and have had an amazing experience. I started training with Helen when I was at my heaviest and she helped me to get motivated and back in shape (and stronger than ever!) Most recently, after having a baby, I participated in the 6 Week Challenge and was fitting in the my pre-pregnancy jeans after only 4 weeks. I would highly recommend Level Up, Helen, and Patrick to anyone looking to lose weight or get stronger.

It’s hard training but the amount of support and motivation you get not only from the trainers but also your group class is amazing. It’s a life changing experience you will not regret. Level up is amazing and changed my life for the better. Thank you level up.

Helen and Pat are Amazing they are so nice. They really push you but they don’t push you to the point of doing something wrong. They make sure that your form is correct and have you do as many as you can correctly which is the right thing to do. I can see a difference just in three classes and they push me to want to be stronger!

I was never athletic and hardly ever exercised. Pat is the reason that I can say "I am an athlete." I do things now that I never thought I could. By the way, I'm 72 yrs old. It's never to late.

Pat & Helen are great coaches. The gym has a cool layout which allows for group classes while others use equipment in the back. Great workout for anyone regardless of your fitness level. Happy I found this place
