Hours: Lightbridge Academy is much more than just a daycare, providing a high-quality early childhood educational program for working families. From the first hello to the last goodbye, the goal is for every child to feel safe, nurtured, and excited to learn and grow, making the academy a true partner in a child's development. They go beyond what's expected to create a one-of-a-kind educational experience. Parents cannot say enough good things, noting it is the best. Children love coming to school each day. The teachers are wonderful and truly care, with children coming home singing songs, counting, saying the alphabet, and showing artwork. The staff provides amazing support, patience, and encouragement, even with potty training. While it can be difficult leaving a child, parents are put at ease knowing their child is learning and being cared for so well. The director and staff do an amazing job, are always welcoming and smiling, and run the center smoothly, hiring excellent teachers. Parents feel so comfortable knowing their children are in good hands and could not ask for a better daycare. The experience is great compared to other daycares. Although a little bit more expensive, it is worth it. The staff is so patient. Children are treated wonderfully, with small, caring gestures like styling hair. The manager greets kids every morning with nice smiles and fun comments. The facility is a great academy, a clean and big new build with a well-planned infant room and outdoor area. The classroom environment promotes learning and development, and naps are peaceful and consistent. The transition for children is seamless and a breath of fresh air. Drop-off and pick-up are a breeze and enjoyable. Parents have daily access to the wonderful, friendly teachers and staff, who are happy to greet everyone each day. The camera option is amazing for checking in throughout the day. The leads and assistant teachers are very organized and nice. The educational aspect is excellent, even continuing Montessori work from home. The ratio is great. Seeing staff interact positively with infants is a plus. Children are genuinely comfortable during tours. Being with the same kids on a schedule eases the transition. The facility is always decorated and ready to welcome children every morning. The director and staff know each kid by name. Lightbridge Academy makes the children's learning experience their priority, and parents are so at peace leaving their child in their very capable hands. The staff truly cares and makes a difference.
