I would have liked to give this location 5 stars but I cannot.I placed an online order and chose to pickup in store. The order was ready for pickup in about 30 minutes. That was good.When I arrived, I checked in on line then headed inside.I was not happy to find out that I had to wait in line behind 3 other people who were returning items to pick up my order. 20 minutes is an unacceptable wait time for an order that was ready and the store was empty.

Updating from 1 to 2 stars as the people seem to have gotten far nicer and more knowledgeable since I gave the first review 6 years ago... Still almost always out of stock on most items you go there for. * Paint section lady and guy in appliances are always so nice and helpful!

Ordered a stacked, gas Washer/dryer. Delivery driver showed up and said, "You ordered the wrong one." No, they brought the wrong one -- the electric version (yes, we checked our receipt). Took off without any explanation and then marked the item as "delivered." Couldn't get the Lowes store on the phone for 25 minutes to find out what even happened. They outsource to a "fullfillment" company who I called and they offered no help or explanation. Guy said, "Why are you calling me?" Communication was also TERRIBLE - no advance notice -- all the texts showed up at the same time ("delivery arriving soon"/"delivery is here"/"item delivered" all sent at the same time!). Finally got through to Lowes via chat online. No offer to replace -- just "you'll have to reschedule." No thanks, I'll take a refund. They said it will take 72 hours for them even to VERIFY that I didn't receive the item. Took the day off work for this and I still don't have a working washer/dryer. And they have my $1600. Nightmare! Have used Lowes for years, and heard their service went downhill -- kind of an understatement. Will never purchase from them again. Save yourself from a similar nightmare and RUN THE OTHER WAY.

I really appreciate this Lowes! We've been doing work on our Staten Island home and have had to visit the Bayonne Lowes and the Staten Is (forest Ave) location. After visiting both locations quite frequently-Bayonne is top tier. I never have a problem receiving help. You see workers available and working. At the Staten Island location-it seems that either workers are hiding or management drastically understaffs! Thank you Bayonne Lowes workers for providing amazing customer service

Came to return. Every is just standing around. Now that I'm being helped she is just slamming everything for no reason. This is the worst customer service
