Tried to find an associate. Went to the service counter and asked for one to help me find a specific lock. After several minutes I requested they meet me in the specific aisle. I can normally find what I need. The only thing it's not good for, probably, is metric bolts and nuts. I've been able to find everything else I needed very easily: paint, stain, clear coat, brushes, tools, BBQ supplies.
