I just purchased Samsung A54 from your store. When I asked Vamish why the price was a hundred dollars more he told me taxes and activation fee. So I took my phone and left. Then I looked in the bad and there was no receipt so I went back to the store and asked him for it. Then I noticed I was charged an extra $29 for a wall charger block that I didn't need and he forgot to give it to me. I don't understand why I was charged for it and he also didn't give it to me. I'm not very happy about this. It's very shady business. You need to get rid of this guy and get someone who cares about your business. You have lost a customer!

Terrible service! The guy that works there at the desk is lazy, didn't want to check the back for a case for my phone...had to convince him to check for a phone case in the back which they had. Very rude, doesn't care for his job or even trying at all

senior citizen walked in to correct a setting on the phone and was told she needed to buy a new phone over $150 because her phone was old. Setting adjusted elsewhere for free and phone works fine now. Scammers work there. BEWARE!!!

Good morning, America my name is Elizabeth I am a sales rep at Metro by tmobile. The world is suffering from the wrath of Covic-19. For all the people who lost a loved one due this pandemic I send you my prayers. I am a mother and I am also surrounded w much love from family and friends. I am considered an essential worker. So in case their was to be a shut down I do not have the privilege to stay home. Why? Because I am making it possible to keep the world connected with their Family and Friends. All we ask for our personal safety and yourself is to wear a mask. I interact with at least 300 people a day with no social distancing involved and unvaccinated people. Also with people traveling all over the world and not testing themselves when they return home and refusing to wear mask when entering location for services. Their is no need for fabricating stories and giving poor reviews just because certain individuals who refuse to wear mask when asked politely too. So moving on forward we should have respect and compassion for humanity. I am an outstanding sales rep and provide excellent customer service to the people.
