I love Michaels store, one of my favorite places to shop but today I have a terribly experience, 2 of the employees where very disrespectful with another customer, this poor person was trying to get t-shirts from the top and 2 employees were very nasty with him. Went to pick up after 2 repairs and it's worse. Now since it was over stretch to fit the over sized frame the paint is splitting . The canvas cost me $250. They offered a $22.50 discount. Are you kidding me. I just want this done properly.

Love this place. People are very helpful. And knowledge of products. Disappointed to hear less hours due to Corona.
