I love Michaels store, one of my favorite places to shop but today I have a terribly experience, 2 of the employees where very disrespectful with another customer, this poor person was trying to get t-shirts from the top and 2 employees were very nasty with him. I’m glad the manager stepped in she fixed the problem right away.

Giving 3 stars because Zoe's customer service was top notch... however the manager Arianna or Adrianna lacked basic customer service skills and was intentionally rude after store associates messed up my in store pick up order. I ordered ten 11ounce mugs for sublimation in the color white for pick up. The order was fulfilled in a matter of 30 minutes, which was great. Or so I thought. When I received notification to pick my order up, I headed to this location and was handed a bag of silver glitter mugs. I was told well you can cancel the order if it's not what you expected. Kai, the rudest person I've met in a michael's literally told me we'll just ask the manager for a refund. So I informed her that my order was incorrect. I showed her my michael's app and she said idk talk to a manager. When the manager came over she acted confused about why I was upset. So stated very clearly, I ordered 10 white mugs and I have 10 glitter mugs. Her response was so just get a refund. I then informed Arianna or Adrianna that the proper response would be" so sorry your order was confused or messed up, all we can offer is a refund" instead of her rolling her eyes and telling me she doesn't know what to tell me. Something told me to go and check the aisle for the white mugs, and also a store associate Zoe showed me where they were, she witnessed the entire altercation. She was very helpful and even apologized for the unpleasant attitude from her manager. I found all 10 mugs and proceeded to do an exchange with Kai, who did not assist me AT ALL. She watched me transfer the wrong glitter mugs out of the bag and put the white mugs in the shopping bag, I told her thank you so much for your help... despite not receiving her help, and with a disgusting rude attitude she replied have the day you deserve Miss Lydia. I plan to escalate this because I am a frequent shopper at Michaels and I'm also a mom of teenagers. Please retrain these young women so that they are better equipped to work in retail. Otherwise, they will encounter a customer that isn't as nice as I was.Thank you again Zoe for being so helpful and kind, while I was frustrated.

This Michaels store is very close to home so it is my go to place when I need craft supplies. I came here for many of the things I needed for my wedding last year. Found many of the things I needed with ease as the store has always been very organized each time I've visited. Things are a little on the expensive side but that's just Michales. I am a teacher and have a teacher account which helps with great discounts! Would recommend this Michaels store!

Michaels is a great store to come to, when your just in the mood to browse around. They have a great seasonal selection of all kinds of items, for every holiday, months in advance. And they usually seem to always offer lots of deals from 25% to 40% off items. I like to come here to stock up on candles, Halloween decorations, fall decorations, and Christmas decorations. They have many rows of all kinds of arts and crafts too. You can visit here and easily spend an hour inside. Plus, there is plenty of parking for this location. This is a fun store to just pick up random items for your home too. Highly recommended.

Went to pick up after 2 repairs and it's worse. Now since it was over stretch to fit the over sized frame the paint is splitting . The canvas cost me $250. They offered a $22.50 discount. Are you kidding me. I just want this done properly.

At the Bayonne, NJ store is always well stocked. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The checkout process is very forgiving when you remember you forgot an item at the register and they are patient with returns. Nice place to shop.
