I came in with my friend and the guy thought I was stealing because I had a backpack. The customer service was horrible and they do not have the needs and wants. They treated my friend badly and recommended to stay away.

It's a nice to convenience to have this place in the neighborhood. It is more than just a hardware store. Aside from hardware items they also carry some household items, drinks, candy, and lottery. The people here are nice, helpful. And friendly.

Fair experience. Definitely a wide selection of items. Some prices were overpriced, but most were reasonable. My main complaint is that every item was extremely dirty and dusty (go see for yourself!!).

Not only did the phone ring for a very long time. When someone finally answered I asked if they could help me. The man said not right now he’s very busy and hung up. Who does that? Not a very good impression or customer service to a potential customer.
