Briana is phenomenal! Best customer service I've received in all the quickcheks of the land. She called me out in a fashion faux pas and it made me feel so appreciated! She deserves a raise and at a minimum extra vacation days! Please treat her well!

I’ve literally never written a review for anything before, but I was so disgusted seeing every food item I received from my delivery last night. First, they forgot 3 items I purchased. Then, my boyfriend found a hair and missing toppings on his sandwich. My own sandwich had not one, not two, not even three, but FOUR strands of hair… and it tasted bland and undercooked. I have been in pain the entire night from even subjecting myself to the pretzel sandwich I bought and about half of the hairy cheesesteak sandwich. Never order from here. Sincerely, a former Night Shift Leader. Do better.

Tonight my boyfriend and I went to make a purchase at this quick check. I purchased a small container of milk, nerd gummy clusters, and a tobacco product. (I’m educated and fully aware that Quick check requires identification for purchasing tobacco products.) When we got to the register I put down the items and my boyfriend asked for the tobacco product. The cashier (Anisa) asked for his ID, I went to show her my ID and she said she needs to see his since he’s the one who asked, again i’m the one who was making the purchase and I had my ID with me. My boyfriend and are both 21 he just didn’t have his wallet with his ID with him. I then asked for the tobacco product and Anisa gave me a hard time because he was the one who asked. I then asked to speak to the manger who proceeded to repeat what Anisa said and made comments on my birth year and month. I’m not sure if Quick check employees get their pay deducted from their pay checks or even receive a raise for turning customers with their ID with them but it was a very unnecessary problem/encounter. So before y’all go this Quick check make sure you have your ID or they will make a big deal out of it and make sure you are the one asking for it nobody else.

Every time I get place an order over on the kiosk for a sandwich, the workers barely pay attention to the order and dont put any toppings on my sandwich. It has been multiple times and different workers. They are too busy with entertaining their other coworkers behind the counter.

I’ve been coming to this gas station every Friday for years and have never had a problem—until now. On Friday, April 18th, 2025, around 7 PM, I had a very upsetting experience. One of the attendants, who appeared to be Middle Eastern, was extremely rude and acted in a way that felt discriminatory. He refused to pump my gas unless I gave him the money upfront, even though I saw him pumping gas for other customers without asking them for payment first. He even opened my gas tank and then walked away to help others.
When I asked for his name, he pulled off his ID badge so I couldn’t see it—but I noticed his name starts with an “A.” Thankfully, another attendant came over and pumped my gas without any problem.
I’m Black, and I can’t help but wonder if I was being judged based on that. I always tip the attendants and have supported this station loyally for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. It’s truly sad to be treated this way at a place I trusted. I will post his picture.

This rating is only in regards to the Free Air Pump on the left: DO NOT USE IT. As of Match 2025, it is incredibly slow, displays incorrect PSIs, and eventually begins to ERR out after over-inflating tires I week after spending 20 minutes to fill my tires here, I was in PA and learned via a similar type of air pump that my tires were wildly over-inflated, close to 60 PSI when I had targeted 42 at the QC. #airpump

Poor customer service at the gas station. Workers do not pay attention to the vehicles pulling up to the gas pump (eg: who is first) you have to honk to get workers attention. Even after the gas is pumped same issue. Will not recommend this gas station the Quickchek on 53rd st. has better customer service.

Definitely the bad attitude of some employees especially at the cashier, plus I have seen the gas pump operators consume marijuana and other types of drugs right there. The quality of this place has deteriorated a lot, not to mention that the New Jersey Lottery vending machine is always broken or damages the tickets. The ATMs without fees are a plus.
