I thought the employees supposed to ask for the QuickChek rewards I am a member and wanted to use it for gas today but the gas manager Erik didn’t ask me and when I try telling him I am he walked away this is so Unprofessional and he is very rude. I will be going to corporate about this. He needs to fix and change his attitude like the world owe him something.

I loveeeee this QuickChek the coffee is amazing and coffee lady is always welcoming and the area is always clean only when she there though,I love how she always have backup ready to serve I come here every morning for my coffee and a sandwich I highly recommend. But for the gas I don’t it’s this gas person name Erick who is very rude and don’t be asking for my award number and when I tell him I’m a member he tells me it’s to late and walk off he sooo rude for no reason I know it’s early in the morning but you chose that job he not welcoming at all

I finally got help from 0ne of your very nice employees behind the counter. Showed me how to convert my points for drinks and food. Excellent
I ordered last night and tonight a 30 ounce iced hazelnut coffee with whipped cream. Absolutely delicious. Thank you your staff rock!!!!!

We didn’t have a great experience just now around 11:15am 10/25/25 with the front desk cashier person named Sam. We went to the front with our stuff to pay and were waiting for the cashier to help us out (not the machines) because we needed specific cash change when we were paying (like dollar bills to tip the gas station agent outside). We asked if he could take care of us because we needed change and he pointed us to the machines to do the transaction. He said it would give us any change up to $100. So, when we pause for our stuff which it was about $13 and change. I put in a $20 bill and obviously the machine gave us a $5 bill and a $1 bill and some change. Then, there was a gentleman who stood next to us and he asked that person “cash or card?” And the person said “cash”.
He then helped THAT customer out when we were saying we needed help with cash. So, for him to help other people out that was paying with cash when we explicitly asked him to help us out since there were no other customers at that time on the line..he did not provide good customer service. We left feeling ignored.

Please check your sandwich and food at this place today Sunday 8/17/ 25 I order a sandwich and was no tomato and then I checked at home and was no cheese either on the sandwich 2nd time this happens at this location 53rd St store in Bayonne NJ I hope the store manager read this

Usually order from here on UberEats. I accidentally left a low rating but this place is a five star from me. The BLT wrap was amazing and the blue lemonade is tasty. I guess they ran out of their usual sizes because it was given in 30 oz container but the drink is 24 oz. Had I not seen the label I thought the drink was 1/4 gone. My bad. I from this place a lot and the drinks/wraps are so reasonably priced in this economy where other places just charge double for the same thing but less satisfaction. I highly recommend the snacks and coffee too. It really hits better for late night orders. Keep up the good work Quickchek!

Cashier was very rude and nasty attitude and he was on the phone the whole tire time take care of us and we ask for bags and he say in the rude we gotta paid for it acting like we don’t have money we said we know and then he continues be on the phone didn’t even say thank you or have good day worse employee ever need be fire or re train

It’s 5:42 am I purchased about 20+ dollars in merchandise. I asked the guy working this morning 2 questions first was about the donuts and the second one was do you have any bags very unprofessional and rude, really acted like he didn’t want to be bothered, and if that’s the case, he shouldn’t have come to work.
