I went online to find some trustworthy mechanic nearby with reasonable reviews but that was a complete nightmare to deal with the owner. He seemed like a trustworthy person and I completely forgot to ask for estimate/proof of service which he should provide to me after I agreed on price and leaving the car with him for timing belt, serpentine belt, tensioner pulley replacement. After two full days he called me my vehicle is ready for pick up, i asked for receipt and he asked me why do I need it, seriously?! If anything happens to my engine for installing the timing belt the wrong way he would not be responsible for engine failure without proof of his repairs! That was just a second red flag. Ok, now I'm ready to leave his shop just to see engine light turned on on my dashboard! He tried to convince that i provided him not original parts even after showing him that all parts were purchased from online honda dealership! He insisted that the timing belt wasn’t original and thats why i get error that is not even related to the job I asked him to do for me! He reset the error on last Friday and the next day I got the engine light on again. It was a lobor day weekend so i didn’t try to reach him until Monday. He remained silent for two straight days and then when i told him that it was his fault after all because the electric cable he unplugged, he accidentally bent one of the pins that cause one of the cylinder not working properly or at all. See the error for yourself! He instantly responded to me, just to gaslight me that he was willing to work on it after me telling him that Honda dealership solved the mystery what he did wrong. I highly recommend to deal with dealerships for major repairs like the one I had to do. I tried to save some money and it cost me almost the same. I hate the fact that I have to leave negative feedback just to warn people from going through hell, having sleepless nights because of his lack of experience. Im also convinced that he didn’t screw bolts by using the right foot pounds with torque wrench….

I recently had my car detailed and some scratches fixed and RI auto repairs did an incredible job! They were extremely efficient, effective, professional and friendly. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend them to others in the area!

It's very rare that you will find a machanic that's trustworthy. RI Auto Repairs is one of the few shops that you can trust. Ryan, makes sure you understand what's going on with your car in detail and will tell you what you need and not need to fix. He makes sure he puts his clients first and work with them with the purest intention. I have never met any mechanic that doesn't play around and fool you just to make more money. The service he provides is top of the line quality you sure can never find anywhere else. Definitely recommend them.
