It was very busy today when we walked in but we were greeted within a minute and immediately helped by Mohammed. He was very patient and answered all my questions (I’d be the one explaining the new billing to the old man later ?). We were provided expedient and pleasant service and we were upgraded to a new phone within an hour. This is my third time returning to this location.

The location in Bayonne Mariam not honest person I went to purchase a watch she said there’s a promotion the watch will cost me 100.00 when I review my bill it was 15.00 a month for 24 month full price why lie to the customer when I sign she said they will give me a 200.00 credit not true I’m paying full price

Hii this goes out to teen mobile and Nikki the Baldwin family maybe you'll change you're mind after this review I just went there and as of yesterday their charging teen mobile customers 5 ? dollars to pay their bill in person and 10 ? dollars to pay over the phone why is that that's high way robbery paying with cash isn't good any more what are they going out of business as well need a loan go see bill gates I'm switching over to Verizon they are piarates

I would not recommend this place. There's nothing but chaos and a store. They never transferred my old phone number over. And they told me it takes 72 hours. Which is not true? I am very disappointed. They are very unprofessional. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Important! Ask to see your "PDF" before you walk out. This store slipped a $10/month protection 360 plan onto our cheap phone when we walked in to join T-Mobile. It's called cramming and it's a thing with T-Mobile stores. My guess is the sales staff are being stupidly pressured and this is the result.Imagine how many trusting customers (your grandparents?) walked out with an unwanted extra monthly fee and never noticed? Tell everyone, please

Other reviews were true. They dont treat customers well. My spouse encountered this agent named LILY who was very rude. What is happening tmobile are you even training your employees or even evaluate before hiring them? You should have competent employees to get more customers or to have them stay. Be careful better go to other branches who have better reviews!

Beware. I purchased a tablet and was told I would be charged a total of $25 monthly and when I look at my bill in being charged $65. They totally scammed me.
