WORST experience I've had, I seen multiple customers come in upset in the past 4 days with the same problem as me, they took forever. I already paid for service and they wanted an additional $100 to receive a motherboard that doesn't work. It took them 4 days to give me a computer that doesn't work, it kept crashing, overheating and they couldn't find out why and they try to blame me! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL i was accused for supposedly not bringing all the parts "special screws" to build my up-to-date expensive gaming/ streaming custom PC which I gave them all the parts and screws that was in boxes that i ordered. They had NO extra parts in stock,They had little to no knowledge it seems when it came to newer PC models...the only reason why I gave them 2 stars is because they were VERY sorry, they were friendly and I didn't have to pay the additional $100...If u want a headache, bad service, frustration, and to feel helpless and stressed out...this is the place for you
