Was looking for a new nail salon and this is definitely the place !! They take their time and do great work!! Definitely recommend this place for uv gel color!

I went in for a simple eyebrow waxing and came out with half of my eyebrow missing and the other like it wasn’t even waxed at all . The woman in the front who I assume is the owner laughed as if it was funny did not say sorry or anything . I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here staff definitely needs training or just simply shouldn’t be able to perform jobs they obviously can’t.

I went in for an acrylic manicure and a regular pedicure, and from start to finish, it was completely unprofessional.
The lady who did my pedicure seemed to be inexperienced. She kept aggressively filing the tops of my toenails to the point where it still hurts. She also left polish all over the skin around my toes — it looked like a child had done them. On top of that, when I left the salon I noticed they didn’t properly remove product buildup from the heels of my feet, which tells me the pedicure wasn’t done thoroughly.
The manicure wasn’t any better. There were visible air bubbles in the acrylic, nail glue all over my fingers, and the French tips were uneven and sloppy. When I brought it up, the technician told me that French is a “hard design” and implied it was my fault for choosing it — very unprofessional.
When I told them I wasn’t happy with the service, the lady who sits in front refused tried gaslighting me that it looks good and did not want to offer any resolution.I spent over four hours there and left unsatisfied I won’t be returning.

I was going to leave one star but I went back the next day and they fixed my nails. This is going to be lengthy so if there’s one thing you take away from this: if you’re forced to go here always make sure you know what you’re paying beforehand. Ask them directly. It’s not rude and it’s your right, especially knowing that they’re dishonest and may try to scam you. I was almost overcharged $15 and when I asked for a breakdown of the math the owner began apologizing. While I could’ve maybe chalked this off to an innocent miscalculation, this was the second time in a row where I’ve gone here and this has happened. The first time, the tech added an extra $5 & when I asked the owner she fixed it. This time, it was the owner who tried to overcharge me and to a greater extent. From my experience and what I’ve observed, I think they count on you not paying attention & rushing out when you finish your nails where you’ll just pay whatever they write down.
Now here’s the actual review:
This place is horrible. They don’t clean the nail clippers in between clients. They try to get you to spend as much money as possible and get away with abhorrent service. Their technicians are completely unskilled, even for the most basic tasks. The girl that did my pedicure did such a poor job & missed the corners of my toenails when painting them. It was so bad that the owner had to fix it. If you’ve ever been there you know that the owner does not handle pedicures at all.
Next, I went to the owner for an acrylic set. For reference, the first picture is what I wanted and the second and third picture is what I got. The base was completely transparent, the thumb was disproportionately long, and the design was completely rounded out compared to what I asked for. I was incredibly upset and couldn’t even process how horrible they were because I was immediately met with them trying to overcharge me. Mind you this is AFTER already charging me for the length +5, the shape +5, gel+10, “french tip” for the design +15. I just wanted to leave but after sitting in my car and seeing my nails I was almost brought to tears with how badly I was just treated. I called the next day saying I was really upset and was going to leave a review of my experience but wanted to give them a chance to fix it. There was no apology, no responsibility, no nothing. I was told to come in and that the owner would “look at it”. She redid my nails with just one single nude color no designs because I was so over it. She had the worst attitude the entire time. She was drilling too close to the skin on my thumb and despite me audibly reacting and moving my hands, she kept going and I started bleeding. They usually put a warm, wet towel over your hand. She was talking to someone as she was taking it out and literally threw it on the table. I assume she meant to throw it on my hands but she completely missed. Why are we throwing things in the first place? At this point the table is filled with clippings and dust from the drilling. She proceeds to pick up the towel, after it picked up all of that waste product, and put it on my hands. I was disgusted.
She made comments the entire time about how she didn’t even want to do my nails as long as they were. I wasn’t even complaining about the general length it’s the fact that the thumb was extremely long and no where close to where it should be. She wanted to get the last word and be unprofessional so I let her have it. She was also being extremely passive and kept stopping after each and every step and asking me if the length was fine and if I was sure. At the end, they usually put lotion and massage your hands and back. On the first day I went, she put lotion but didn’t massage my back. On the second day she put lotion on just my nails and stopped moving until I asked her if that was all. I walked out and I’m never walking back in there.

I'm new to the area and thought I'd start looking for a new nail salon. This was the second one I tried and I won't be trying anymore! The salon is very clean. The staff are very friendly. They have so many pedicure chairs, tons of manicure stations, and more nail colors than I've seen. They have great prices too. I got a gel manicure for $30. My nails lasted for almost 4 weeks. But I'm a terrible picker and ripped them off once they started to peel. At the end of my manicure they gave me a card with the name of my aesthetician on it. So helpful since I never remember anyone's name! They also wrote down the color I got! Looking forward to going back

Very very horrible customer service! Don’t waste your time and money, just go somewhere else. What’s the point of having an appointment when the time wouldn’t be honored? Be ready to spend your entire day there and still get a bad job done. The lady in charge is very rude, has a terrible attitude and does really ugly and bulky nail job??

I used to go to this salon a few years ago. They weren't the greatest, but they were adequate. A few months ago I decided to get my nails done in preparation for the holidays by letting them grow out and getting powdered manicure. The past few weeks that I have gone in, I was very specific about the shape. I wanted a square shape with the corners Slightly rounded. Last week I went in and the girl immediately asked me if I wanted a pedicure. When I told her no, she and the other older lady who I think is the owner or manager started laughing. Then she kept asking me if I wanted a pedicure and every time I said no, they would begin to laugh. Midway through the manicure, the girl hopped up and had me move to another person to complete it. That other person is the lady who is always by the front desk. She was very rough. As she was doing things she would flick her finger on me to get me to move. I have never seen that before in a salon. She left polish all around the skin and now it's not even a week and one of the nails has a crack in the polish down the middle. This is a powder manicure, so that should not happen. They filed the sides all the way down to the quick and so the sides of my nails are sore. But the thing that really annoyed me is that, even though the shape of my nails were square, she took it upon herself to just file down the sides, and make them narrow and put a point to them and even doing that, you can see that they're not even. I will not go back, and I would not tell anyone to go there. They changed the shape of my nails on their own, my fingers still hurt and their bedside manner is just awful Plus, I don't think they know what they're doing.

This place used to be okay. Now, no one speaks English and they never understand you when you are trying to explain what you want. They take way too long just to get your nails done. Getting a mani and pedi? Forget it, you will be there all day. The color selection is poor too. My acrylic nails are popping off after only two weeks. I’m going to try some of the other new salons in the area. Maybe they can at least communicate with the customer.

I made an appointment on a Friday for 3:30 in which I made it there on time. When I entered I confirmed my (appointment) and then was ask to sit. I waited awhile and notice it was going to take a while before they called me because all of the desk areas had a customer. I ask the lady at the very front desk as you walk in and I notice she was also the one making appointments and answering the phone. I made ANOTHER (appointment) for the very next day- early thinking it might be better at 3:00pm. when I arrived there was 2 people waiting, another walked in as I was there waiting. When one of the nail tech came PASS me and ask the lady next to me if she had an appointment. she said yes at 3 and ask her to sit. I mention to the nail tech That I also had an appointment at 3pm. to make a long story short. All 3 customers were being taken care of before me. I finally decided to leave almost an hour later. No one explained why were the others taken before me, or how much longer, not apologetic at all and just pretty much ignored me. I've been doing my nails for over 15 years and have Never came across such unprofessional, rude -no customer service having nail salon. After my experience I would NEVER Come back or advise anyone else to. If your reading this and thinking of going - DONT Bother to make an appointment.
