I cannot say enough good things about this UPS Store and its amazing team! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine friendliness. The employees here go above and beyond—not only are they efficient and knowledgeable, but they truly care about making sure each customer has a great experience.
They helped me with packaging, printing, and shipping, and made the process completely stress-free. Every question I had was answered with patience and professionalism. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it really shows in the attention to detail and the way they treat everyone who walks through the door.
It’s rare to find such a combination of speed, skill, and kindness, but this store has it all. Thank you to the entire team for turning what could have been an errand into a pleasant experience. I’ll be coming back here for all my shipping needs—and recommending you to everyone I know!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Francesca and her team at the Bayonne UPS Store are nothing short of amazing. Every single time I walk in, I’m greeted with the warmest smiles and the friendliest attitude—you can tell they truly care about their customers.
Whether I’m dropping off a quick package, needing help with tricky shipping, or using any of their other services, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is done quickly, efficiently, and with genuine kindness. They’re patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to explain options so I can get the best service possible.
Francesca leads by example—her professionalism and upbeat personality set the tone for the whole store. I’ve never once left without feeling taken care of. This location has turned what used to be a chore into something I actually look forward to because I know I’ll be met with great service and a great attitude.

Female owner of the store is so nasty and rude with the UPS workers. Snarky comments to them in front of customers isn’t a good look.
