I don’t recommend this Verizon store to anyone, I was trading in my iPhone 12 for iPhone 16 they gave me an appointment to pick up my new iPhone. when I went to pick it up they told me sorry we sold it to somebody else, so they have to reorder another iPhone 16 , they said they will call when the order arrives. few days later they called to let me know my phone has arrived, when I went to pick it up, they refused to give it to me because I had to take an appointment first even when my new phone is in the store already, finally they gave it to me after some arguments. after two weeks I returned my old iPhone and once again they refused to take it , they said I have only one week to return in my old iPhone , I really don’t know why they said that when Verizon gives the customer 30 days to return the old phone. again it was another argument but this time one worker started to be very aggressive, she called me nasty, rude, and discriminator and she repeated that several times, when I told them I am going to report that to Verizon they finally agreed to receive my old iPhone, I called Verizon customer service and explained what happened but they didn’t take any action so far , I am really shocked and disappointed. how dare workers in famous company like Verizon treat people like that??!!

SCAM ARTIST the manager ISSA convinced my husband and I to create a business account trade in our phones for a cheaper phone bill than what we were paying my phone bill has been $500 for two years now.

Stay Away from Verizon – Worst Customer Service Ever
I placed an order on November 23, and it was completely botched by the agent. I had to cancel the order, and now, weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund. Every time I call customer service, I waste hours explaining the situation over and over again. They create a new ticket number each time and promise the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days—but it never happens.
To make matters worse, I can’t place another order until this refund is processed, and they close the case. Their customer service is beyond frustrating—there is no accountability, no urgency, and no respect for their customers’ time or money.
I must warn everyone: stay away from Verizon. Their service is absolutely horrible, and they do not care about their customers. This has been a terrible experience, and I will think twice before trusting them with anything in the future.

I tried for 2 weeks to return the product I bought from them. Headphones for $200 turned out to be of the same quality as $10 from eBay! Terrible company. They broke all the laws. No one has ever violated my rights like they did.

Excellent customer service! My sales representative, Tee, took time to help me through the entire process of acquiring a new phone. She was extremely helpful and provided me with many available options. I definitely recommend this store and all their employees!

Normally going to the Verizon store is a dreadful experience. We had amazing customer service. Ashani was amazing to not only us, but everyone else who was in the store on his own. Cannot recommend this store enough!
