This Walgreens store is a disaster. Never has items on the shelves and the pharmacy is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever had the experience to use. In addition, there are never enough employees at checkout.

The pharmacist thinks she's the doctor as well and chooses what scripts to fill and not to fill as if she knows everyone 's medical history. She is snide and makes things deliberately hard if your a pretty female. She is Asian/Indian and thinks she overrides the doctors. She is miserable and I'd never go there again.

The Pharmacy department is pathetic, constant errors, none of the people working in that store in the pharmacy department care about giving good service, they are horrible at their job and are not nice people, I tried them for a year and each time I went was a nightmare

Gotta love getting scalded by the pharmacist for asking if your prescription is ready…

I bought a charger that did not work for my phone. I specifically told the cashier that I wanted to trade and that charger for a charger that works with my phone that was the exact same price. She returned it anyways without listening to me and I figured it wouldn’t be a problem since I thought I would be getting my cash back. Somehow, my cash is not back on my card. How is it that I return some thing and don’t get my cash back? If she would have listened to me and not had an attitude in the first place I wouldn’t of had to worry about this. Whatever cashier works the evening shifts on Wednesdays needs a new job.

Every time I go to the pharmacy , there is always an issue. There is either a 382627 hour wait for my meds or their e script isn’t working. Now I remember why I stopped coming here.

I we'll start off with the positives. The store is large and well-lit and usually very clean. They have a larger selection than any of the other Walgreens in the area. I do appreciate the slightly larger Isles that are wider than normal drugstores however oh, and it's a huge gigantic pimple covered butt...... they are customer service and shity attitude really sucks! I came here about a month ago and shopped as I normally would but obviously being there for a while I need to use the restroom as I have a medical condition that requires me to urinate frequently. I'm not some stinking bum off the street. I'm a loyal customer of many years of this store and the entire Walgreens chain. There absolutely IS a restroom in this store it is in the rear to the right of the pharmacy. It is most definitely and I have used it without issue many times over the years. Several weeks ago they had a sign saying that it was an not open. I spoke to a clerk and then a woman who I believe is possibly the evening assistant manager. They told me they do not have a restroom. I assumed this was a temporary issue where it wasn't functioning. I came back several weeks later planning on doing a big shopping trip only to see that the sign was still there. I asked the head cashier if I could use the restroom but without any other remarks to me she says go to Dunkin' There's a Dunkin Donuts next door. I have no information provided to me that there's some sort of reciprocal agreement between Walgreens and Dunkin Donuts. I contacted their customer service via Facebook messenger and I was assured multiple times that the district manager would look into this and get back to me. It's been over 3 weeks now and that hasn't happened. Does Dunkin Donuts know that Walgreens is sending their customers there to use their restroom? Is Walgreens paying Dunkin Donuts to use their facilities? Obviously NO! Walgreens on North Street in Bayonne is actually telling is customers to leave. I did do that I went to directly to CVS and I spent over $200. I haven't been back to the North Street Walgreens again. This location is always had very questionable customer service issues. I've had smart-ass remarks from some of their part-time clerks putting out merchandise when I had the audacity to ask a simple question regarding an item. I've been forced to deal with other clerks who barely can speak English I'll give you incomprehensible answers when you're looking for something. I've gotten horrible service from the daytime cashier when it comes to bagging merchandise. However, I would occasionally return to the store for the rather positive reasons I originally posted in the beginning of this review. But now since they are actually telling their customers to leave the store I see no points in shopping in that store. In a town that has three Walgreens where two of the Walgreens have restrooms for the customers to use, one remaining Rite Aid where there is a restroom for customers to use and two CVS's where there are restrooms for customers to use do you think this Walgreens can really afford to send away customers? Furthermore both Stop & Shop and the Walmart have pharmacies and restrooms within the stores which allow customers to use them. Additionally there are countless privately owned pharmacies in town. I hope, that the a****** that came up with his incredibly stupid idea of not allowing loyal customers to use the restroom ruptures their bladder and dies on the spot. It's disgusting! You're really... really... really... really...running the store into the ground.

Terrible pharmacy.Every time they tell me they’ll have a prescription ready within a give time, it’s never done. I recently dropped off a prescription and was told it’d be ready in an hour, I did some shopping for a few things, went home and dropped off my wife and unloaded the stuff I had in my truck, came back and it STILL wasn’t ready. They are also bad about keeping your insurance card too. On 2 occasions they’ve kept and lost my insurance card. I highly recommend any other pharmacies.

The pharmacy staff is very incompetent and lie all the time. I don't normally write reviews but feel compelled to because of the treatment I received the last three visits. A refill needed authorization which was explained to me when I called it inand would be ready the next day. So I called my doctor to see if it was sent over to walgreens. This is prior to going there. My doctor said they haven't called yet. When I get there they tell me they are waiting to hear from my doctor. So I tell them first you have to call him. Then they apologize and I am still waiting to fill the script. I would recommend CVS on Ave C much much better and never been caught in a lie.

Such poor customer service! Do yourself a favor and do not go to this location.I Went to drop off a package, like I’ve done a several times at other walgreens locations. And for context I’ll explain: the label is shown on my phone from Figs and they (Walgreens) print the label to be placed on the package. From the very start their manager “Fatima” was rude in the way she responded to my inquiries; after some back and forth regarding the way I’ve done returns in other Walgreens, and after showing her that the labels needed to be printed out on my phone, she stated walgreens did not provide that service and then she corrected herself and said her printer wasn’t working. I told her it’s okay, I have printed out the labels needed for the package. I asked for a piece of tape (which was right in front of her) to secure the label, which I didn’t have to print in the first place, and she rudely Stated “this tape is not for customers” she proceded to give more of her nasty attitude despite the fact that First, I am a customer, and second, I she was wrong.I will be filing a formal complaint. You can read other reviews and it seems that this manager has built a negative reputation.

Never use this pharmacyI stood in line and listen to the pharmacist and pharmacy technician argued with several customers, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought it was the customers being difficult. I was so wrong!! These people are so unprofessional and argumentative, I had to repeat several times the information. They made it seem like I was crazy asking for my prescription. Long story short, I will never use this location again, this was worst than the DMV.

People come to Walgreens pharmacy to pick up prescriptions because their ill, not forr social visit. Ever since they took over from Rite Aid I experience nothing but problems every time a get a scrip filled. Last year when they took over my insurance detail were incorrectly put into their system. So most times I have to wait while someone and not always the person behind the counter over rides the system. WHY DON'T THEY JUST FIX THE ERROR!On Jan 25th my doctor sent numerous scrips to Walgreens to be filled.I receive a text message that their ready for pick but when I arrive theirs a issue with the insurance. Because a few hours later the scrip is ready for pick up. Yesterday their still filling scrips when I get a text message to come in scrip is ready. But no there's a problem with my insurance. After waiting 20 minutes to this to be resolved I leave because I'm sick andshould be in bed. Finally last night I get a text message, the insurance issue has been resolved. This morning a friend goes to pick up this scrip and low and behold he was over charged. Two trips back he finally got his money back..

I normally get my prescriptions refilled at this location but lately I've been waiting in lines for over 20 minutes every time I go. Even if I refill my prescription online I still need to stand in line. Right now, on a Saturday at 2pm there's only one one person providing customer service at the pharmacy. I'm giving 2 starts because the staff is friendly but this location needs better management.
