Worst manager at this store they sell me wrong pills totally different from my prescription and l got really sick and when l went to ask she was never there they told me to go back after 5 days and when l went back she couldn’t even apologize or refund my money she is very rude manager,l don’t recommend anyone to go there,the manager is the worst instead of making the environment better that’s why it’s always empty in there.

This Walgreens has the most slowest.. slow as in special education backwards not customer service driven staff I’ve ever come into play with… how 3 other Walgreens have my prescription or able to pull it up but you can’t? Walgreens y’all need to do better! It doesn’t take two hours to fill an antibiotic

Terrible pharmacy. Poor customer service, incredibly long wait times at the pharmacy, general indifference to people's need for their medication. Expect to hear the same series of excuses in a tight rotation. Don't let the reviews for which must clearly come from the friends and families of employees have you think otherwise.

Mary Ann she was the cashier who took care of me at register, because of her mistake i didnt get the bogo discount and had to stand next to the register (for almost 20 mins) till she takes care of all other customers before she fixed the price by doing a return and scan all items again. Definitely Not a good customer service

Before I begin this review let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone,so with that being said let's go!!..I picked Walgreens because I'm pretty familiar with their set up as far as their product selection and setup, I needed some passport photos so I could get a replacement passport done so this made my decision a lot easier to visit their location!. I asked the gentleman if they did passport photos just to confirm and he told me yes, so he took me over to the photo area and took my picture with a digital camera the uploaded them on the computer to have the picture processed and printed for purchase, so when I left and returned to to my mom's house I realized the pictures they sold me looked horrible and after checking the passport website I knew these photos would not be acceptable! So when I returned and showed another employee ( which seemed she was a manager by her uniform tag )those passport pictures she immediately said " who took those photos " because apparently to the eye she also knew they were done incorrectly! So she had another employee do them in which she advised him to make sure the blinds were closed! ( Obviously the other employee had no idea about the process of taking photos with the store window blinds up )! So when this employee took them the pictures came out clearer but had a blue line going across the top of one of the photos, and all he could say was I don't know why I came out like that! So once again the manager had to get involved, so to try to make a long story short the manager ended up doing the passport photos and they came out much better and provided the passport photo cover to house the photos in! I hope this location can train their employees on how to take accurate and professional passport photos so no other customers have to go through what I did just to get some passport photos taken!!.Let me add that when I took these passport photos to the passport agency to get another passport processed because I misplaced my other one,the NY passport agency employee at the window told me that the photos I presented to her that I purchased from this Walgreens location were not acceptable because the photos were taken too close to my face and did not meet the criteria of the NY passport, so I'm out of about $17 because this particular Walgreens location has employees who don't know how to take acceptable passport photos!!.. Never again, stay away from here in regards to passport photos!!..

Do not go there for vaccine if possible. The stuff is rude and it takes more than an hour for a scheduled appointment. When people in front of us complained, the stuff said you can cancel the appointment or complain on the website…

I had a 4:30 PM appointment yesterday for a covid test. Took the test, handed it in, was told it would be two hours for the rapid NAAT test. No problem. Three hours go by, four hours, still no results. I call and get put into automated hell where it's not giving me the options that I need. I get someone who tells me I have to call the main number once again and ask for the pharmacy. I do, but it transfers me to some national line and after a long wait I get told I have to call the local Walgreen's again. I did! Their system transferred me out. I finally, after three tries, get through to a pharmacist at this location. She says they'll print it out for me and I can pick it up in the morning, but then said I should send someone else because I'm positive. WTF? I repeated the test at another pharmacy (not Walgreens), got my results in an hour, and I am negative. I have no idea what the heck is going on with this location but I won't be back.

Their automated customer service over call is pathetic but in-person service is great. You can walk up to the Covid testing drive-thru window even if you don’t drive. Booking an appointment prior is helpful.

Above and beyond in customer service from store associate Ayman. After being in the hospital for an hysterotomy I went inside the store to get assistance with my son school project. The project required a family tree and being that I cant draw we went inside the store to purchase a picture to put on a poster board. Ayman was able to assist me by not only advising what to purchase but took the time to draw a tree. I will forever be grateful as a single mom for her help.

The staff is very respectable and helpful. I was assisted by Ayman from the pharmacy that simplified the prescription process. He made me feel comfortable about the different medications I was picking up and buying where as in the past other pharmacy workers had me feel uncomfortable. Truly a charm to see him every time. :)

Honestly love this place for getting plan bs for my girlfriend. The dude at the pharmacy really showed care about my situation and I really liked it. I think his nametag said his name was Ayman and well, he also has a cool name.

The staff here are horrible. There were 5 people standing around at the checkout counter and only 1 cashier was open. I went with my boyfriend to make a return and when I asked questions the *male* cashier would address my boyfriend and not me.
