So I went to make a return at Customer service and I was threatened by what I believe was either an employee or the employees friend who was making a large purchase. I really wish you would hire decent people. Most of the employees not in Customer service are nice. Marleni And Adriana who work in pharmacy are not the best staff either. Those 2 are the reason my husband and I left the pharmacy. I will not be shopping in this Walmart as often as I have in the past. People deserve to be treated better than this.

Ordered an online order and they messed up the entire order, sent a driver out 3 times at the wrong delivery times and then told me they can’t issue a refund because of there lack of communication. The order was supposed to be delivered Monday 7-9 they came Sunday at 8pm took my order back cause no one was home( because that wasn’t the time we requested) came back Monday at 12 and my products were damaged. Speaking to the customer service team they could care less and refuse to let you speak to higher ups
