I always had good experience at this branch with tellers and bankers. I also like its drive through ATM on the backside of the building and parking spaces available there.Also, nice looking building.There is an ATM inside as well before entering the bank's lobby. Haven't been inside the bank sine pandemic started. So not sure if something changed.Overall, positive experiences at this location of Wells Fargo

Please avoid Wells Forgo bank as its employees and managers are unprofessional and are not trained at all to provide clients with any useful information they might require for banking. A friend from overseas was visiting USA and wanted to open a checking account.1- They never answer the phone, even there are not clients visiting the bank. You can try calling them while in the bank and see the result yourself.2- Visited the branch to ask for requirements about a new checking account, the employee had no info so a handout was given to read myself.3- Made appointment and visited with documentation and been told that they require Tax ID from resident country, made a follow up appointment4- Before scheduled time, they called to reschedule as banker was busy then agreed to meet earlier and once we were on our way to branch, they called to have verification of US address and obviously they don't have proof of address here in the US.I argued with the branch associates that they should be well prepared and know all answers before keep clients waiting and having appointments and wasting time of all involved. It was really annoying that they are not trained to answer the basic banking questions the clients may have.

The tellers here are rude, sarcastic, and have an heir of pretentiousness which I find appalling.I don't expect to be looked down on or treated any different from anyone else. I don't understand why the staff here thinks it is okay.

The teller, Anna, and her manager provided absolutely terrible service, and wouldn't even offer any type of alternative when I had come in with a question. I have also been judged by the male customer service rep that works there. He had provided me incredibly rude and personal "purchase suggestions" and advice when I had opened up my credit card.One window open with more than 10 customers waiting in line. Sub par service with an even worse attitude.The rude behavior of the staff may have been ignored if they managed to get me in and out in a few minutes. It's almost a guaranteed 15-25 minute ordeal every time I come into this branch, whether for a simple withdrawal or a complicated transaction. I'm planning on taking a day off from work just to close my accounts.I would give 0 stars if possible.

ive had wells fargo for like 15 years but 13 of it was in las vegas. this one in bayoone has the WORST drive up atm in history

I’ve been waiting for a banker for almost 20 min. I don’t have a problem with waiting the problem comes when other bankers decide to take their lunch when they see people waiting to be seen. Now there are only 2 bankers and there is a long line. Come on Wells Fargo. The one at Newport Mall is much better. With time and customer service. Do better.

Went to exchange euros and deposit into account. Upon first try " exchange program was slow, system appeared slow". Quickly told me to g"it a shot another location". At 5:45pm. Asked if another try was possible, went and checked with manager. Came back quickly and rebooted system. Transaction went smooth.

Good bank and is located in the main road in easy accessibility location. Has ATM for 24 hours cash withdrawal and other needs. Bank had attorney services free for its customers.

Worse bank that I've ever did business with, first chance I get the accounts get closed and opened at a different bank, Wells Fargo Bank is a NIGHTMARE to deal with, always an issue with the people you speak with over the phone in the customer service dept., always a headache with this bank. Save yourself the trouble and do your banking at a different bank. I'm speaking about Wells Fargo as a banking company and NOT just the Bayonne location.
