“Cassidy at East Meets West in the Ocean County Mall helped me have the best shopping experience I’ve ever had at that particular store, and yes, of course I am older and have been shopping there since EMW opened in the mall forever-ago; however, I am pretty confident that nobody who has ever helped me there has displayed such a sincere and appreciable degree of enthusiasm. I told her I was going to pick up a couple of items and maybe she could think of a recommendation based on what I already enjoyed and was about to purchase. Well, lol, for one thing, there was no hesitation, lol again, and instead of saying, “Oh, you’ll probably like this one,” and pointing at it from across the store, she smiled and wanted to help. I was honestly surprised by her reaction, and the immediate action she took by walking me over to the product she was recommending. “Saved the day! Placed an order online and that was not delivered via another company on time and as promised. I called this location since it’s local to the recipient and Maria was so friendly and kind and 2 hours prior to closing she promised to deliver a fruit tray and a ballon. She did just that, not only did she put together a wonderful arrangement and delivered it she was also so honest and applied a discount and didn’t try to rip me off since I was in a pickle. I am so thankful there are truly wonderful people out there who care about customers and customer service and will be calling this store direct to place any future orders! Thanks again!”

“I almost did not go to this store because of some of the negative reviews but decided at most I would only be wasting 10 minutes of my time.It turned out to be a very pleasant experience there were a lot of specialty items that appeared to be handmade and no it wasn’t cheap but I wasn’t looking for cheap, if I want to cheap I would’ve went to Walmart.The nice lady was very helpful and accommodating and I feel it’s a good place if you’re looking for coastal decor and handmade items.The prices were reasonable and the items were quality.”
