I’ve been looking to switch pool companies for a while now and today I found Kelly pools! There are a couple of reason why I wanted to write this review. First, a real person answered the phone. That means so much to me! Also Kelly was very knowledgeable and answered my questions over the phone. I went right in and was met with a friendly staff member. Kelly also came out to help me. I was able to get my water tested and chemicals needed.
Second, I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. They took the time to hear me out and made me feel comfortable. I will absolutely be back! I found my new pool company!

Change your hours if you can't show up on time to run your business. This isn't the first, or second time I've been there at 9:05 and no one is there yet.

This is a great pool store and Kelly and her staff are very helpful and nice. They have everything you could need for your pool. I went to the store for a water test and I was advised of what I needed to bring my water quality where it needed to be. My pool water is perfect now. Thanks to Megan and Shameeka for your help.

Love this place best service and caring workers and very helpful in any way. Even when my brother Frank (who knows nothing about pools) comes in they take time to explain what needs to be done. Thank you ? ❤️

After dealing with a pool that was green for a couple of weeks and countless trips to our usual pool store and a lot of money spent the pool was still green! I googled pool stores in my area and ran across Kelly Pools and Spas. Even though it was a little out of the way, I decided to give it a chance. So glad I did! Not only was Lisa very knowledgeable and helpful, she sold me the chemicals I needed with specific instructions. Our pool was clear in a couple of days! I will definitely go back. It is worth the trip.

Went in with "no" knowledge of how to maintain an above ground pool. The ladies that helped me were very knowledgeable and made sure that I knew what to do when opening up my pool. Only sold me what I needed. The pool is clean, clear and running properly!! Thank you for your help!! See you again!!
