Don't waste your time. Multiple trips to the store to get my doors ordered. They kept changing 4 doors around for no reason and I had to go in 3 separate times to get it right.
I was told the doors will be delivered in 10 days. I was given a day the doors will be coming. We'll they didn't come that day. I was then told the doors are on back order. I had to wait another week for them to deliver. I was lied to again. It's now almost 8 weeks of me trying to get doors from this company that supposedly were in stock. Still have a door on back order. I do not recommend using this company for doors. They are horrible with customer service and mike in the front deck is useless.

Don’t waste your time! There is no owner present, no manager overseeing operations and the salesmen is useless. Spent over $30,000 in trim for a custom home half of its defective, the quality of the 1x4 is atrocious the doors are junk and nobody cares. Even had a rep from Garden State lumber come to the house. And agreed they don’t even want to sell them anymore. I’m a local guy, who wanted to support a local business, but lesson learned! Stay away at all cost. Lucille, Amy, Chip & Damien each is more clueless than the next. Hate to name names, but the experience was that bad. Maybe this review will finally get me some kind of contact from an owner/manager.

The best and most reasonable place you need to go here if you have to match a door that you need to buy a custom made me a door for under $115 the entire frame and hinges

The customer service is this establishment is literally non existent! My husband and I have been in the showroom several times over the last few months. (Both together and separate) We are completelly renovating a home we recently purchased in the area. Each time we've attempted to order material (including a full kitchen)No one ever even looked up from their desks or even acknowledge us in any way. Even when I persisted and waited until I got someone's attention, he merely handed me a brochure? Needless to say we went elsewhere for everything! Don't waist your time here
