Tim, Craig, Josh,Mary, Rebecca, Gus the master Yamaha technician, the owner Paul all great!!! Brought my boat here smack in the middle of summer when my whole Yamaha engine was totaled ! They had me back on the water not even three weeks later! I can’t thank them enough! Gus is very knowledgeable he did great work. Don’t hesitate to buy or get your boat serviced here!! Look at that Yamaha baby!!!!!

I'm in the middle of a warranty/service issue with my brand new Sea Hunt 265. While I'm really bummed that I've been without a boat for 2 weeks in the middle of summer, Craig (Service Manager) and Tom (Sales) have literally done everything possible to keep me informed and expedite things along whenever possible. No one ever wants to need service, but I'm happy with the way my issue has been handled so far (I'll update this once complete as well).

I bought a Parker 2120 last year at the boat show. Josh was very good.. I had some issues afterwards when my seat pedastal fell off while I was underway in the ocean . It tore a puncture in the seat .. after thoroughly looking the e tire boat over , I also found some cushions needing snaps ( no big deal) and the back rest frayed or chafed . I let the service department know .. Craig called me and at first was ok but when I brought it in he pissed me off when he asked me with a half full mouth ( I was disturbing his lunch) what I wanted him to do.. Fix the damn thing!.. so after repairing the snaps and new screws in floor flange .. he said that the back rest and seat would be ordered.. well it's been over a year , so I called Linda , she had no idea who I was, after buying a damn bear 100 K boat blew me off and said it's Parker's problem.. Finally I called and got through to Parker ( Chuck Gilson) who was apologetic and sent a new seat to my home.. Nothing from NJ outboards as for my chafed back rest .. also after back and forth with Parker . i was told my boat wasn't registered with them from Nj outboards. I think it has since been . So I'm still waiting for my backrest .. and my boat is in. So I'm not going to take it out now. So the sales department is great .. the service department not so... still waiting.. of course they forgot

I purchased a 2022 Pontoon boat from NJ Outboards. On delivery day, The owners were on vacation, and a few items I thought came with the boat, weren't included. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, all were away, and their staff was unable to help correct my issues. Frustrated by this, the situation became heated to say the least. Long story short, The following day one of the owners contacted me, and ensured me that he would correct everything, and make sure I was happy with my purchase. To say the least, they did everything they promised, and were extremely professional throughout the process. Thank you for the extra effort, and excellent Customer Experience.

Had a great first time experience with the service department - both Craig and Rebecca were easy to deal with from start to finish. They not only solved my outdrive problem, they did so in less time than promised. I will certainly be using them in the future and recommend them to anyone in need of service. Terrible place to work for, they screw their workers over, play favoritism when there’s a problem between two co workers, they’ll always pick the one in the wrong. And let the other guy in the right go. They use and bribe( bribery another law they violated) their workers to do their bidding and then throw em away like broken toys. Most importantly they evade taxes instead of going legit. I asked to be on the books working there multiple times but they didn’t, they used me for their bidding and threw me away. Don’t let them fool you, they ain’t who they claimed to be. It’s all a facade and business to them they don’t care, they’ll screw you over. Anyone applying there or going there. Keep your guard up, I was verbally abused and treated like trash by a senior Mechanic named Jay who’s been there for 10 years. He treat other people like trash and they never punished him or held him accountable. They call the bad incidents he had with workers a “Misunderstanding” instead of holding him accountable.It was a hostile work environment which is illegalOnly people that treated me good were the detailing company they hired, they were the only ones that were ever genuinely nice to me.This place put me in a dark place and played with my mentalI felt alone from getting screwed over and verbally abused. Justice needs to be servedThe managers and the one supervisor of the yard who I thought cared and respected me.Lied to my face and said I was laid off, instead of giving me the truth on why they was letting me go.So I’m giving the truth now, they’ll probably try to harm me and lie about me.I’m just exercising my freedom of speech cause it’s America. I say how I feel professionally. It’s not a hate crime

Met Tom at their boat show last October, and though we hadn't yet settled on an exact boat, after speaking with Tom we knew we'd buy from NJ outboards. He helped us hone in on the right kind of boat for our budget and for what my wife and I wanted from our first boat. In December they got in a 2010 Hurricane SD2400 that fit the bill perfectly for us. We struck a fair deal with no drama, and took delivery when they initially promised. At delivery the boat was spotlessly detailed, and NJ outboards took the time to show us every last button, switch, and feature on the boat, sea trialed it with us and she has been a great boat, exactly as they described, so far this season. We have purchased many vehicles of all kinds over the years, and I can say that the experience with NJ outboards and Tom was one of the most honest, easy, and professional experiences we've had. Highly recommend NJ outboards and when its time for our next boat we will be calling them first.

The gentleman in the parts department is the nicest guy I've ever met. So helpful and knowledgeable. Straight shooter and found out I was a first time boater and gave me tips info and even gave me a couple used life vests they had laying around cause I didnt have any! Best experiance I've had in years at ANY store. Now I'll drive the 40 minutes to them everytime I need something just because of him. Thanks again sir!!
