Extremely incompetent staff, couldn’t bother to put a sign up on the atm when it wasn’t dispensing properly. Saw me pull up to the atm but only said something as I left, only to deal with the smartass attitude of the teller inside as if they’re not in the wrong. Everyone has issues with this place just avoid it. How hard is it to put a sign up? Lazy & unprofessional

Every single time...and im not exaggerating either...every time i go to use the atm at this bank they are BOTH down. Every. single. time. So i go out of my way to go to td bank atm so i dont get charged using the atm anywhere else only to be inconvenienced and have to go inside and stand online. Americas most convenient bank....has been a huge inconvenience to me. Fix these atms for good please!

Came in the drive through and this young girl was rude. I asked how much longer they would be and I said I needed to pick up my son soon from the bus and she goes do you want your things back! Since you need to get your son right this second do you want your stuff back, do you want it back , and I’m sitting there baffled she was talking to me that way , so I said yeah I want my stuff back one of the most disrespectful encounters I’ve had since I’ve had this bank. Will not be coming here to this specific bank due to rude staff.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Americas least convenient bank. Stood in line for a half hour to replace a credit card only to be told to call the 800 number. So thankful I switched all my main accounts to Navy Federal years ago and only use TD as a back up.

First time being sent a text message verification for a drive through deposit. I was told repeatedly that the pin I have been using since I setup my account was incorrect and needed to reset my pin. When I ensured the woman that my entry was correct and it was a system error, I got quite the unwelcomed attitude. Last straw for me, I'll be closing my accounts and moving my money elsewhere

I wouldn't mind if they left the safe open once in a while. Could use bigger lollipops w/ different flavors! Then they will receive 5 stars. Very nice people as long as you remember your ID. I did get yelled at for driving my electric unicycle thru the drive thru! So maybe they should only get 3 stars. At least it's safe to leave your money there!

TD Bank accounts don’t seem to be friendly for international travelers. My family and I have been customers of TD since it changed over from Commerce Bank.I was traveling overseas and couldn’t log into my TD Checking Account on the website or through the phone app because I needed a text code verification. Since I was abroad, I couldn’t get a text code, as my US# didn’t work. Called TD customer center and they said I needed to call my home branch to change my phone number. Next I called this branch, my home branch and talked to a rep about my situation and eventually talked to the manager. The manager said there was nothing they could do to help and I had to call the TD customer center back. She told me the only way to change my phone number on my account was to either come into this branch, or change it in my account online. My issue was that I couldn’t get into my online account…

Waiting for service representative while they are on the phone complaining about customers coming in, talking about her lunch break, she finally sees someone and afterwards rather than calling me over see goes back on the phone, ignoring the next customer, me, won't be using indoor services there

I live in north jersey and ive given td banks local to me 1 stars because they flat out are useless. However this branch was on the ball! I bought a used motorcycle and the sellers bank was also TD so we went together to get the sale of the bike finalized, paid and notarized. The two women were helpful and it went seamless.

I never have a problem at this bank. In the past a couple small issues, but not 1 problem in last few years or so. Infact, the customer service is awesome, especially in the drive through.
