“I didn’t know this store was in Lavalette! I live in Wanaque since 1989. In Pompton Lakes there was a Ben Franklin store until a huge fire hit that small mall and the Ben Franklin was never rebuilt. I’m going to take a summer trip to Lavalette to see this Ben Franklin.”

“The employees name is Trey. I had to go to the bathroom and he informed me there are no public bathrooms and he walked me physically down the plaza to a bathroom when I came back. I purchased things at the store and he couldn’t be more gracious and kind with an employee like that that’s all you need is him triple his salary. !!!!!!!!!”

“Wow! If you’re looking for figures and great customer service Conquest is your place to be! I was running late yesterday and I called ahead of time asking if they can just stay open for a little longer (maybe I say around 5-10 min). The guy said he’ll be around and we arrived just 10 minutes before they closed, I was looking for some X Men figures that day and I asked him if he had anymore so he went to the back and brung out at least 5 of them! I picked up some of them up and man was I happy!”
