I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel I have to share my experience here. I came to Lavish Salon for a treatment that I’ve done before elsewhere and usually leaves my hair silky, smooth, and straight. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. After the treatment, my hair looked almost the same as before—no real straightening or smoothness. I even shared photos with them right after, and the results just weren’t what they should have been.
About 20 days later, they kindly offered to redo the treatment. While I appreciated the effort and the professionalism of both Brittany (the owner) and the stylist, the results after redoing were exactly the same. I had even voiced my concerns about whether the same product would work for my hair, but was reassured it would. Sadly, it didn’t.
I truly want to emphasize that the staff were very nice and welcoming, but the end result was disappointing. After spending $360 and so much time, I feel like I’ve just wasted both. I won’t be redoing or treating my hair again anytime soon, as it’s not advisable.

This place has my heart. Thank you so much for coming through in a big way for my wedding! Amanda is amazing at hair, and Kelly is such a talented makeup artist.

I was lucky that Lavish Salon was available for my wedding at the end of September since they are only a couple blocks away from my venue, the Sea Shell. Brittany at Lavish was my most responsive vendor throughout the whole wedding planning process! I could always expect a quick reply from her to answer any of my questions. She also helped me book a blowout before my rehearsal dinner which turned out great! I had 8 people, including myself, get hair and makeup the day of the wedding. Everyone looked great and got exactly what they asked for! As for my hair and makeup, I could not have been happier with the final product! Everything lasted the entirety of the day even with the fog and humidity. As an added bonus - you can bring your own prosecco and food while everyone is getting ready and they can play any music you want including your own personal playlist. Highly recommend going to Lavish for any of their services - everyone was so nice and did a great job!

Lavish is the BEST! I've been to multiple stylists (only because of my crazy schedule), they are all terrific! The receptionist Karen is fantastic too.

Absolutely amazing Salon! The owner Brittany worked with me for over a year setting up my bridal party for my wedding day. Was very patient and kind! Answered all my questions, which helped keep me calm leading up to my wedding. My makeup artist was Kelly. Love her! The sweetest woman ever. I had 3 makeup trials with Kelly because I was torn on how I wanted to look. Finally the 3rd trial, it was perfect! Exactly what I wanted. Kelly listened to me on what image/look I was going for on my wedding day. On my wedding day we had a group of 8 total. The entire Lavish Salon went above and beyond and we all looked absolutely Gorgeous! I cannot say enough good things about Lavish. We would 100% go back!!

I was gratefully able to score a last minute opening for an updo for a wedding I was attending.. every time I get my hair done for a wedding I always request to please not make me look like a bridesmaid, I want just a very natural look and usually it does not come out that way.. I had an appointment with Kelly and I will 100% always go back to her and this salon in the future.. She was not only amazingly talented and quick (which I love), she did exactly what I requested! I was so happy with the way it came out and honestly her personality and understanding was a bonus.. Thank you to the owner Brittany for squeezing me in and Kelly for being awesome

The services are ok but after driving 30 mins to and from the salon and spending hard earned money on a hair cut and roots, the woman at the front desk had such an attitude it was a huge turn off. There was no "Thank you, how was your service." Nothing! I get it, you're older and you're not interested in being trained in customer service, however, your energy was horrible and after spending 2 1/2 hours in the chair and then paying, I will never spend my money here again. Get trained! Do your job. If you're at a front desk, taking money and sitting there, be the customer service person, not have a puss on your face. It's not a good look for the salon. I would have sent an email but there is no spot to send an email on their website.

THANK YOU LAVISH!!! Forgot my appt. and Lavish was kind enough to get me in the next day, albeit it necessitated me only having my regular stylist for color and another for cut/style. Can't say enough for receptionist, and Taylor, who did my beautiful color and Amber who took me the last minute and did an outstanding job cutting n styling my hair. Where can you go and have a spa go out of their way to help out a woman in desperate need of a cut/color!!Services: Blowouts

I came here this past weekend to get my makeup done for a wedding. Everyone in this salon was exceptionally friendly. They were accommodating and even squeezed me in for a blow out in addition to my makeup appt with Kelly, who I literally CANNOT say enough positive things about. I wish I lived closer because I would legitimately go to Kelly for every single event that I attend. 10/10 recommend.

If I could give this salon even less than 1 star I would. My boyfriend has been growing his hair out for almost 6 years, it was incredibly long and healthy. He finally decided he wanted to switch up his cut for something shorter, which was going to mean a lot to him before a wedding he had to attend, and one of your stylists completely butchered his hair. He had a reference photo and everything and the stylist proceeded to do an insanely big chop and call it a day. No layering, NO STYLING, absolutely nothing like the photo. Then gaslit him to believe it was the same cut. DO NOT COME HERE if you have a reference photo, they will NOT do it anything to your liking.

I went today for a haircut with Amanda upon a recommendation of a friend. I had been here before for my daughter's wedding. The wedding updo's were just beautiful! Amanda took her time so she really understood what I wanted. She was also a pleasure to talk to. My hair came out exactly the way I wanted! I would highly recommend Amanda. She did a beautiful job

Wish I could have had a chance to rate their services. But when I called to let them know I was running 10-15 minutes late for my blowout, they cancelled my appointment stating they couldn't take me late. Beware about tight scheduling.

Amanda is a true artist. I needed a refresh on my haircut and she did not disappoint! Thanks Amanda, you are amazing. The staff at Lavish are so friendly and professional it's like a day at the spa.
