Bought a piece of jewelry that broke as I unpacked it gently. Emailed them three times asking if I could exchange or refund, and got no response. Poor customer service and poor quality item.

Very unwelcoming not nice staff they all look miserable and the mystery bags are not great just dollar store material. Do better.

I got the cutest bubble letter necklace I was so excited to get, the clasp for it was broken and didn’t shut all the way. I didn’t notice until it fell off of me later that day. I put a picture of it and that’s as far as it closes.
