Customer Service
Kindness
And oh boy did South End Surf ‘N Paddle deliver for the witchy paddle this weekend.
Great product = Boards were great
Customer Service = Ease of rental
Kindness = Helping out
I watched the owner all through out the witchy paddle and he helped people into the water and OUT (hello witches struggling to get out of the water in their wet costumes). He was knowledgeable, kind and easy to work with.
If you are looking for great customer service, to support a local business, and a great rental service - you found it!

I can confidently say this team is the most hospitable on the island. Their commitment to the community is truly remarkable, and they embody what it means to be stand-up individuals. We've had the pleasure of working with them at two of our events, and every one of our boarders has been thoroughly impressed. They are always punctual, exceptionally accommodating, and genuinely dedicated to making each experience unforgettable. I highly recommend them!

In a world of big box stores and online sales, I believe it is essential for a small brick and mortar business to have three components to have a competitive edge. Those three things are; excellent customer service, fair pricing and have the items you want in stock.
South End Surf ‘N Paddle met and far exceeded my expectations in all three areas! I purchased a Stewart 949 comp. Matt was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The shop had an excellent vibe, no feelings of judgement, pressure, or elitism.
This is definitely a small business worth supporting!

I'm a multi-generation Beach Haven summer resident, now a sometime visitor from California's coast, and I've got to say these guys wowed me. I watch their SUP sessions from my mom's deck on the bay, and they look like a blast.
I had my 14- and 11-year-old do a 2-hour surf lesson and they, both first timers, caught copious amounts of waves and had some fine rides. The instructor was cool and mellow and calm and instilled confidence in the kids.
This shop is an awesome addition to Beach Haven.
