Normally I'd just review the corporate location and tell you what I think of it. I'll preface this by saying I do not use self checkout. Ever. Never fn ever, I refuse. It's just another corporate scam to increase profits for non-working people and decrease pay and benefits for working people. However, in this case the person working at this particular CVS yesterday was a rotten, entitled brat. I was very kind and very friendly and she was nothing but rotten, even bratty would be a good way to describe this child who is working there. Absolutely disgusted at the way I was treated, there was no reason for it and I didn't even reflect it to this entitled child. I'm not usually a subscriber to the you should be thankful you have a job mindset but in this case even a non-reactive or blank stare would have been better than the contempt and expression of disgust on their face and body language. Whoever was working around 12pm on Friday June 14th at this location at register should not have a job. They do not appreciate the employment and treat customers with no respect, not even those treating them with respect and kindness from the start.

I was there today and Denise went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with filling my prescriptions. She was friendly and kind during a situation that had me stressed. Thank you again Denise, the pharmacy customers are lucky to have you on staff.

Says online store closes at 10 went at 9:55 pm on march 19th, 2024 and the doors were locked! You call this customer service CVS?! Where else am I supposed to get my lube! Corporate will be hearing about this!

I called twice and after waiting over 20 minutes for someone to pick up the phone I was told both times that the pharmacist was giving out vaccines. Went on hold again. Finally the pharmacist answered and got my simple question answered. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT SOOOOO LONG FOR THE PHARMACIST TO ANSWER. I have been a customer of CVS for over 20 years and each year it goes more and more downhill. Get it together CVS. By the way I also called the CVS on Bananier in Toms River … the same thing.

The employees in the pharmacy are impossible. How are you not going to call a customer to let them know a prescription won't be ordered because of the cost and just let it sit when I'm waiting thinking it's either been ordered already or there is a hold for something else. I literally went in that morning before my appointment to make sure I could get my prescriptions. I picked up another prescription that was ordered at the same time, why wasn't I notified about the high cost hold then. The worst part is it keeps happening. The only reason I use them is because they are close and I do everything face to face and they have to admit they aren't doing their job in front of the pharmacist.

Horrible. The male pharmacist is nasty and wouldn't look further into the situation. Ended up calling Shop Rite and the pharmacist was extremely helpful. With such a low score on reviews you would think they would realize how horrible they are and improve their customer service.

This store,unfortunately, never has enough employees.There are long lines at Pharmacy and in the front. Most people use self checkout whether they really want to or not . Shelves are usually 50% empty especially weekly sale items. The parking lot and the grounds are littered with garbage: alcohol bottles/cans, cvs bags, candy and snack wrappers, cigarettes, and masks. Black gum spots all over the sidewalk. This CVS is in a prime location and is usually busy. Why CVS corporate cannot give it the staffing and attention so CVS customers have a pleasant shopping experience, is a question that should be answered.

Nasty,impatient pharmacy tech. One could not even find me in the system and said I could not have my medication until another 3 weeks,she was so wrong. The older lady is rude! She shook her head at me. Would never ever come here again. Management - you should look at your reviews. I am a nurse and I can’t imagine treating people like this. They must get to basics and ask themselves if they would want their family treated the way they treat people. It’s disgusting!

The pharmacist was so helpful. She walked me to the correct isle and advised me the dosing for a medication. I totally appreciated the personal touch instead of just pointing to an isle number.
