Excellent experience with J R Henderson Labs.We made the mistake of initially using a different lab for testing which uses an unreliable testing method with the promise of a ‘faster’ turnover time with results- cost more time and money in the long-run after false positive results for Total Coliform.J R Henderson was very professional, followed through on testing as promised, and even filed our results with county health department and provided the final passed certificate.Highly recommended!

Hope is the absolute best! I called 20 different labs and they were all booked out but we are on a tight timeline for inspection and they made it happen. They are the only place that actually cares!

I called Henderson at 430pm on a Friday because the sellers of the house we were buying failed their water test and we were supposed to close that Monday. Henderson came out the next day and then went into the office on SUNDAY to get the test results (it was a 24hr test). Even though we didn't close that Monday, it was not for lack of them trying. They certainly went out of their way to try and help and Margaret in the office was super nice about the whole thing. THANK YOU!!
