I contacted SETT and within a few days they sent a representative to assess my household, a date was immediately established, instructions were given to us on packing since we choose to pack our household. Once we received the cost we realized SETT was 15-20% less expensive than other movers we looked into. “My girlfriend sold her house in Pennsylvania and moved to Manchester to be with me. My first 10x20 storage unit was not going to be big enough to fit all her belongings, so went to the rental office and spoke with Chuck about a second unit. Lucky for me they had 1 available. I don't feel like a lot should be expected from a place where you basically utilize an extra garage to drop off your extra stuff but, Dennis has always been pleasant and helpful through and through. “Bill the owner has a great crew. I had them pack part of my townhouse. And store into my storage unit. Then take the unit and move 25 mins away. Their lead guy clearly knows his job, and is very professional. He packed my unit so carefully and efficiently, that I didn't need the additional one I had waiting(saving me a monthly payment!!)
Then, I booked them to move into my new home, we were fighting rain unfortunately. They did not miss a step.
They not only did a great job moving, their lead guy went out of his way to use a touch up marker on my table as a courtesy (scratches made by my cats, years ago.)
If you want fast, efficient, respectful and reasonable price, this is a company worth considering.
I will recommend them every time.
Finally, just as a last note, after I worked with the team the first time I called the owner just to compliment his team. They deserve all the best reviews.
