1 register open , slow as molasses at all times. Checkout lady says her customers don't want an automated checkout, they prefer to wait for her. WHAT?? Takes 7 min to get a coffer here in middle of the afternoon

Got an email saying free coffee for National Coffee Day, went to get the coffee, turns out that they force you to buy something, even though the email doesn't say you have to. Pretty lousy, go to Wawa instead.

I walked up to the order counter to order myself a drink only for the miserable worker behind the counter to screech at me
"NO DRINKS!!!" She did this twice, it honestly made me feel like I did something wrong lol. No explanation either. Like you cant make ANY drink?? I mean its not the end of the world, but don't act like that towards customers.
Terrible customer service, you shouldnt employ people like that.
Shame on me for giving this place a shot over wawa, never again lol.

Tried the everything Thanksgiving Bowl horrible they use tater tots instead of potatoes the stuffing was like mush and it was cold never again
