Ordered several times, using DoorDash. Lately, we have been noticing quality of orders going down. Tonight, we received an order: Order was a roast beef and provolone sub, with salt, pepper, mustard and not toasted. Arrived with no salt, no mustard, bread toasted and so much pepper it seemed like someone just opened up the top of the pepper shaker and dumped it on the sandwich. In addition, we ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel and a sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin. English muffin was UNTOASTED. Who eats raw English muffins? It isn't a choice, toasted or untoasted, so obviously QuikCheck knows it is supposed to be toasted. The empandas were ok. Sadly, although we used to enjoy it, we gave it the last chance we are willing to give. Last 3 orders were mediocre, and getting worse. Obviously, the employees just don't care.

The girl in the deli overnight is extremely rude and will not take special orders
I asked for a turkey bowl without turkey cause I don't eat meat and she straight out told me no so I asked instead could I give her one of their muffins to toast with butter , she took the muffin with an attitude and then threw in the microwave not at all what I asked for

The gas attendants are reeeally against doing their jobs here. We were the only car there for gas and could hear them across the lot talking about how annoying it is to have to walk to put gas in the car….maybe not the best job for them then.

Asked to prepay $20 gas. Put a hold on $150 for the next 5 days. This screws me over BIG. When I prepay there should not be a hold, only the money I spent

It's friggin ridiculous that you spend $25 and they can't give you something to carry your stuff in, And instead they make you Spend extra to get a stupid bag.... Absolutely ridiculous

All but 1 employee seems great. If you've ever been here early in the morning, you know exactly who im talking about. The rudest customer service experience you can get. He couldnt care less about helping you. Watched him laugh after a nice old man asked repeatedly for a reciept this morning and the arrogant worker just told him “i dont know what to tell you” and walked away. Dont bother saying good morning or even asking a question because hes way too important to respond to customers. Must be the owners kid because EVERYONE else is nice and attentive.
