it should not take me 40 minutes of being pass around your phone system to get in touch with the group that handles the maintenance of your utility poles. Next time I will take a chain saw to the pole and cut it in half, then call and report the down wires, I think it will be quicker and less trouble than the bs I had to go through today to talk to an actual person who knew how to handle this question.

Been talking to someone, and they do not want to pull the conversation! i was told onetime payment! for a new phone and now they want to bill me monthly! i repeated myself so many times! and i explained and had her respond to me every time ! onetime payment? that all i owe? YES SIR! LIAR!
THIS COMPANY DOESNT CARE! HIRE MORE PEOPLE THAT CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH!

AT&T service has gone down hill for the past 20 years. They totally suck now. And also contribute to the silencing of conservative voices. This company has gone totally woke. I would never recommend using their service anymore.

ATT processed our bill seven times, costing our family nearly $2000. Instead of resolving the case they put me on hold for an hour, speaking to four different reps, each resulting in repeating myself OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER, to the point where I almost would rather pay $2000 to notgo through that process again. Poor customer service.

I bought a s22 ultra with at&t for $1300+tax, at the time they had a promotion going on for trading in old Android for $800. After 22 months of paying $20 a month they're telling me I owe them $550 on the phone. My phones been overheating a lot frequent and they made me pay a 275 deductible to give me a "new phone" instead of replacing my phone battery which is the issue AND I have additional insurance that I pay extra every month for which covers unlimited battery replacement, screen replacements and such. But instead of replacing my battery they sold me a new phone. I spoke with a supervisor she was so nasty over the phone extremely rude, told me she had opened a claimed for me to have my phone replaced for free since the over heating issue is "bodily harm" and my phone can catch on fire or blow up and someone woupd reach back out to me in 24 to 48 hours. Whole time she never opened a claim, and had my just sitting on the phone for 1 whole hour telling me she was opening a claim, she lied, she never opener a ticket or a claim. This is the type of supervisors they have working there. I called customer service back and found out she lied because the agent told me that there was no ticket opened for anything and that unfortunately her supervisor lied to me. This all happened on 4/3/2024. I have to still pay them $550 on my old phone which I should owe them $100 or less for a $1300 phone with $800 trade in. I should be around $500 and with paying $20 a month for 22 months I should have paid off $440 of that $500. How do I still owe $550 on my phone, and now I owe them another $275 for having a phone replaced so it doesn't catch on fire on me. At&t is Scamming customers on phones, when trying to speak to corporate either I keep getting hung up on, or being told to call customer service phone number again and start from beginning. This is such a big corporate it's so hard to get the right help. I was also told if I don't want to pay don't pay and we will send the bill or remaining $550 for the phone to collections and it will ruin my credit. That is mafia words.

Terrible Company! the Company Makes Its Promoters Promote New Telephones and Service Plans with Offers and Delivery Options for Old Telephones in Boxes That They Supposedly Send, which Never Arrive... when you Visit them or Call them asking about the Boxes, they claim that Time has passed and They keep the Client from one place to another and do not give a Solution!! Allowing Time to continue passing!! And making the situation worse...you blame the selling agent and they, as a direct company, wash their hands!! This is clearly a fraud because now they want us to pay for the phones that they deliver in their entirety... I accept this company's plan for the promotion but obviously this is a deception!! WE ARE NOT GOING TO ALLOW US AS NEW CUSTOMERS TO BE HARMFUL AND SCAMMED BY THIS T&T COMPANY.
If They Don't Want to Be Responsible for Their Selling Agents in Commercial Places, Well, Simple!! Don't Make Them Offer What They Are Not Going to Deliver to the Client!! 😤
I do not recommend them to anyone!!

ATT hire an outsource they call customer and offer deals and you will get hit with a big bill and stuck with it because no matter how you call its outside sources you end cancel the service and face the credit problem

Summer 2022 AT&T had a Trade In Promo stating that if I purchased a new iPhone 14 Pro Max 512GB and send in the Trade In of my iPhone 13 Pro Max 512GB I could receive up to $1,000.00 in rebate for my Trade In.I purchased a new iPhone and they sent me a Trade In Kit. On September 10, 2022 I dropped my Trade In Phone at the Post Office.By December 2022 I noticed I hadn't a promised Promo Credit to my account with AT&T so I called to ask why I haven't received the Promo as promised.I was told my iPhone was still in transit and they have not received it yet.Every month of 2023 I called to ask why I haven't received my Promo. Each time I was told they haven't receive my Trade In.In March 2023 I was told by AT&T that my iPhone 13 Trade In was either lost, stolen or missing.I was also told I would be compensated and provided the Promo anyway just look for it in your upcoming bill.April and May still now Promo Credit.Last week I was told over the phone by a AT&T Agent I will not be getting the Promo Offer because they never received my Trade In.They Admitted it was lost during transit, they promised me a credit, then they changed their minds and denied my returned iPhone or Credit.
