“I’ve been with bank Of America when it was Summit Bank. If there’s such a thing is loving your Bank, I love my Bank. I recently had an issue with a company called Temu. They shared my information and unfortunately, my account was debited a lot of money. I was in panic mode and I went to the branch and Warren on a Saturday and I was helped by a wonderful person Helena Chauhan she started the process to file a fraud These people should be recognized for going above and beyond what they had to do.My local branch is in Pluckemin I have been working with Namrata Thaker. To say she’s fabulous at what she does is an understatement. She is knowledgeable kind and truly caring person. This whole process has been extremely stressful, and I’m not sure how I would’ve gotten through it without her. The branch manager is Roxanne. She is equally as wonderful and caring. I don’t intend to make this into a book, but everybody is wonderful and I would never use any bank but Bank Of America!”
