I work for this company and I've seen outstanding customer service day in and day out. The store manager (Lori Fredo), goes above and beyond for the customers and I'm genuinely glad to be a part of this store. The pharmacy works as hard as possible to keep our patients happy even tho we are extremely understaffed. Way to go, CVS Bedminster!

Helen, who works at the register, is rude, dismissive and completely untrained. She refused to issue a refund to my teenaged daughter because she didn't know how. Enter the store manager, Lori Loffredo who should be fired immediately for her lack of interpersonal skills, inability to lead or train employees and her general disregard for basic standards of retail business practice.

Only good because it is convenient. I had to listen to the cashiers argue while i get checked out. Quite entertaining actually.

Unfortunately I must update my review, and most of it isn't of positive nature. Aspects I have noticed that have gone downhill: - Excruciatingly long wait times, both on the phone and in store at the pharmacy. - Lack of knowledge on many questions I would consider to be relatively basic for any pharmacy technician. - It is not uncommon for automitc refills to somehow not be filled, be filled incorrectly, be 'misplaced', or simply forgotten about (among various other questions and tasks asked to be completed by the customer). Positive improvements: - Several seats have been placed near the waiting area at the pharmacy (undoubtedly due to the high volume of customers and lengthy wait times). - Renovated flooring, and wider isles to walk through. - The younger male pharmacy tech with short blonde hair appears to have a great deal of knowledge.

This CVS will never improve its service: simply the lousiest employees and service you can get! In fact some of us have a feeling it is getting worse every year : I much prefer driving to the new Bridgewater location from now on! The wait at cash register in Bedminster is unreasonably long and ridiculous, "I'll be right with you" is just a formality it's like saying "hello" .. you ring the bell and they still don't come to you. IRRITATING to put it mildly.
