I didn’t love my experience. I had a male tech who wasn’t gentile at all. I have really sore nails following this appointment. He also cut my thumb nail so short my nail bed is open and it is tender. It was my first time here so may not representative for the other techs, front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. I just didn’t enjoy my manicure experience it was painful.

I went in there on Thursday night evening, and as you can see by the pictures Saturday two of my nails cracked. I was rushed and the owner had her assistant finish my nails while she stood there, tapping her foot and looking at her phone to close up. I would never ever go there again, and tell you not to waste your time she didn’t even use the powder gel Just an unwanted feeling and a waste of money.

They do a good job with nails, however, they are supposed to be open until 7:00pm and the last couple times I was there for evening appointments all of the staff was cleaned up and had jackets on to leave before 6:30. I get like I couldn’t relax and get the full experience because I felt rushed out the door.

Hands down the best place in Bedminster. This team truly cares about theor service. They smile, work so hard, quality is impeccable, and to top it off.. best massages!!!

Worst experience Kimi does not like manicure only I asked to have a nail done over because the nail dryer had a top to it. My thumb hit the top of dryer. I asked to have it redone. Kimi was not happy. She corrected the nail with out showing how unhappy she was. She was very aggressive with handling my repair nail. When i asked to make an appointment for next Sat. She told me she does not have regular manicures on Friday or Sat. Kimi showed her true colors. Manicure only doesn't make her enough $$. I was told she only does manicure during the week. 4.0 rating is too high. I would give her 2.0 rating. KIMI DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS JUST $$$. I WILL NEVER RETURN

I’ve been going to Kimi nails for about a year and every time I go my nails always come out looking flawless. The pedicures always relax me and my daughter. 10/10, we would highly recommend this place, and the hot rocks, oh my god, it’s like heaven! Love this place and the employees

Have been going to this salon for UV gel fills since December. I like my technician enough, but the owner(s) are just extremely rude. UV gel fills last about 2.5 weeks, which is great but definitely damage your nails. I did feel like every time I went it was hit or miss with how well the job was done. With your choice in salon and who to patron and give your money to, my recommendation is to go elsewhere. Generally, I am lucky that I can get in when I need and rarely have to wait, but the way the lady talks to other customers and her staff (especially) is disheartening. I don't live in the area and used to go out of my way to go back here but finally realized it's not worth it. What cemented it was that I called for an appointment and my regular technician is out so the woman who answered/owner (sits at first station) said absolutely no one else was available at all all day - then hung up on me. Hope this helps others in making a decision about choosing a nail salon in the area. Kindness and respect go a long way, especially when you have a plethora of choices.Services: Acrylic nails

I got my nails done on Tuesday. I paid $55 for a refill. Day 2 they were chipping. Day 3 the nail polish is peeling off. Great service, terrible application
